I will state the facts and let you draw your conclusion. My conclusion is reflected in the number of stars. If zero stars was available that would have been my rating. On 3-16-2026 I purchased a demo 2025 Frontier with 4,876 miles. Nissan recommends an oil change every 7,500 miles for normal driving conditions. Most knowledgeable people perform a first oil change at 1,000 to 5,000 miles. In retrospect, I should have made an oil change a condition of the purchase of the truck - I didn't - my bad. After had the truck for a few days, I realized I should see if the oil had been changed, so I called my salesman Connor at Wright Nissan. He had to check but ultimately said the oil had been changed so I asked him for documentation for my files and so I would know when to change it next. He initially said the oil change would be recorded on the car fax report, but he was unable to provide it. I asked for some documentation and after a number of reminders to him he finally provided a Nissan Service "invoice" showing an oil change on February 18, 2026 with a milage of 4,866 miles. On May 14, 2026 (with 6,432 miles now on the odometer) before making a long drive in my new truck and not feeling too good about the oil change documentation provided by Wright Nissan, I decided to get the oil changed at the local Valvoline. I watched as the dark black oil was removed. I asked the Valvoline Tech, based on his experience, if this oil had ever been previously changed (let alone 1,566 miles ago). His response was simply "no way". Following the oil change, I reached out via email to my salesman Conner to let know about the discrepancy hoping he would respond with some explanation. 1-Star Review - Wright Nissan / Nissan USA I'm writing this to warn others and hold Wright Nissan and Nissan USA accountable for how they've handled my sister-in-law's vehicle issue. She brought her car to Wright Nissan because it was running sluggish. The mechanic there looked at it and told her to "just drive it for a few more weeks." That advice caused more damage -- the radiator fluid leaked into the transmission, completely ruining it. When the car was brought back in, they admitted the radiator had failed -- but then refused to cover the repair under warranty, claiming the problem was with the radiator, not the transmission. That's absurd -- the transmission on a five-year-old vehicle should be covered, and their own bad advice directly caused the failure. After multiple calls, my sister-in-law reached out to Nissan Consumer Affairs, hoping they'd do the right thing. Instead, she got a canned response from corporate saying: "I regret to hear that we were unable to give you the outcome you hoped for, however the decision remains the same." Meanwhile, Nissan's public relations team posted a fake-friendly comment asking her to "DM with more details" -- after already reviewing and denying her case. So, they publicly pretend to care, but privately refuse to help. This kind of dishonesty and corporate gaslighting is why people have lost faith in the Nissan brand. Holt was our salesman who was outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and in my case, very kind and patient! The whole team from Zack to Holt to Chris in finance went above and beyond to find the best options to make it work! Not to mention I have a beautiful bright red 2019 Jeep Compass as my new SUV. I moved up from a sedan! Even though we live across town we will go there for any maintenance and definitely amy new vehicles in the years to come. Wright Nissan took advantage of a woman who clearly was not able to understand everything that was going on. They gave her a lease that was well over double her previous lease payment. She now pays more to have a car then to have her senior apartment. They made no attempt to correct the situation and even sold her a maintenance agreement which she does not need. I spoke to several managers on her behalf. I filed a claim with the the States Attorney's office. I plan to proceed with legal action. This woman had two strokes previously and clearly can not comprehend what the financial items were that they were going over. Her understanding with financial issues is so bad a kind worker were she banks was helping her get auto pay on her bills. I now also help her. Wright Nissan is a disgrace. I took my 2012 Nissan Murano to have a recall taken care which they did. They requested I leave my vehicle which I did for the day. When I went to pick up my car they gave me an estimate for additional work which amounted to approximately $6600.00+. The following items that needed repaired: 1. Replace rear sub-frame 2. Replace transfer case 3. Replace front left lower control arm 4. Replace front right lower control arm - just because the left needs replaced 5. Install 3 clamps on exhaust system 6. Alignment - that's always a given for a few extra bucks Technician's notes: Holes in rear subframe at left side-vehicle is unsafe. May need everything attached to subframe, will likely need additional time. Appears to be leaking from several different areas. Possible other leaks, recommend start with replace transfer case clean oil, add dye to trans, and have customer return in 500 miles to recheck leaks. May need other things-if seized, front subframe may break-very rusty at left rear corner. May need additional time. Knowing not to trust dealerships I had my trusted mechanic take a look at all the items on the list. The Transmission shop also concurred with my mechanic about the frame and the left front lower arm control that they are fine. The repairs needed and completed are as follows: 1. 3 clamps on exhaust system 2. 3 seals on the transfer case Cost for the above work $1,033.00. After my warranty is up I never go back to a dealership unless there is a recall. I believe it is because I am a woman, a senior citizen and they think I may be stupid. They used a scare technique hoping I would have them fix this fraudulent estimate. Everyone needs to be aware that there are people out there to take advantage of male, female, young, and old people. I went to buyout my lease and received the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The finance manager, Cassandra, was very rude and condescending on several occasions. The dealer manager, Bob, never returned mine or my husbands calls. They did not disclose that I could have dealt with Nissan directly instead of them, and when they were called out on it, I was given a snide comment of "I've been as pleasant as possible with you," instead of acknowledging their shady actions. My family has dealt with the Wright dealers for years, but suffice it to say we will never go back. The level of disrespect and inconsideration I received was nothing short or appalling. read more

This is a SCAM CENTER, I would recommend going anywhere else. My fiancé took a 2010 Nissan Rogue to this dealership 2 weeks after the vehicle passed inspection for a transmission problem. The original inspector said the issue with the transmission does not keep the vehicle from being inspected and said it was safe to drive. We told Nissan write service what we were told and that many online forums also suggest that this is a transmission issue or a torque converter, with the vehicle shaking only between 30-40 mph (common issue on Nissan forums). Nissan and their service advisor, Meghan Stanton, instead told my fiancé that her car was unsafe to drive, should never have passed inspection, and that it was even a fire hazard with something rubbing against the gas tank. They gave her a 2800 estimate for axles, driveshaft, and u joints and told us after this service we would probably still have the same shaking we were experiencing. I refused the work and paid for the diagnostics and took the car back to the original inspector. The inspector put the car on a lift for me and walked me through everything in Nissan Wright's estimate. Everything on the estimate was untrue. They confirmed the vehicle was fit to be inspected and safe to drive. When I went back to the dealership, the service manager, named Russ Miguel, would not take any accountability for anything. He claimed that the inspection status was the other shops "opinion" as if there weren't state-wide standards in place for PA inspections. He neither confirmed nor denied his service representatives comments on the safety of the vehicle, said he would "have to check the call logs". He refused to give me contact information or schedule an appointment for his boss or anybody else in the organization, just said "someone will reach out to you". He wouldn't even consider refunding the diagnostic charge even though it is clear as day that the estimate we received was at best unethical and at worst criminally fraudulent. I suspect Nissan Wright Service center gave this estimate to my Fiancé assuming she would not know any better. Even the estimates they gave were high for what the repairs were. I am writing this review on behalf of my father Mel B who purchased a white 2021 Nissan Rogue SV in late November 2021. i am writing the review as my father brought his sales contract to me recently because he was upset that almost every add-on that could be included was. He asked me to see about getting these refunded. i contacted Wright on 4/8/22 to see about rectifying these issues. I spoke to Manager, Ian McFarland for assistance in getting these add-ons refunded. He was able to accomodate my father's wishes "to the T" and was able to get refunds processed. I am filing this review with this score because Ian McFarland's actions outweighed the miscommunications that occurred between the finance manager and sales consultant. I recently took my car in for service to fix my ac and to address a couple leaks. The quote came back just a bit over $2000.00. I took my car to an independent shop and they were half of the price of Nissan on the air conditioner. As for the leaks, the dealer was close to $500 for what the shop will do for under $100.00. I knew that the dealership was going to to be more expensive but I had no idea that the difference was so significant. I immediately thought of all of the repairs that they did for me and I probably spent thousands too much with them. Stay away from Wright Nissan for your service needs unless you have money to waste. They tried to take advantage of me because I am a young female. I normally don't write reviews but I had an extremely upsetting situation happen here and I find their behavior predatory and disgusting. I got my car inspected at a different mechanic at the end of March and I noticed it started shaking soon after. The mechanic where I got it inspected looked it over for a second time and said it may be a transmission issue because they couldn't find any other issues wrong with the car. They suggested I take it to Nissan Service because they do not work on transmissions. I explained the issue I was having to Nissan and they suggested a diagnostic service. After they ran their test, they told me my car should have never passed inspection and that it was unsafe to drive and a 'fire hazard'. They then quoted me $2,800 to repair the boots and U Joint. When I told Nissan that my other mechanic just checked the boots and said that they had only some wear, Nissan started to back peddle. They then said that boots weren't an issue and I can hold off on that repair? Even though just before Nissan said it was a major safety concern. But when I called them out on it they took it back and said I could hold off on that repair? Also Nissan said that after they do both repairs for the $2,800 that my car would still shake!! I found their entire behavior extremely suspicious and decided to pick up my car and take it elsewhere. Even though I was going against their advice because they said my car was extremely unsafe to drive. I went back to the mechanic where I got it inspected and showed them the paperwork the Nissan gave me. They looked at my vehicle and said that Nissan was trying to scam me! Nissan tried to overcharge me for the parts and the parts that they said needed replaced actually didn't and my car was completely safe to drive. When we called Nissan to tell them that they were trying to take advantage of me, they denied saying that my car was unsafe to drive. Even though it is in the paperwork they gave me. They tried to take advantage of me because they assumed that I was unfamiliar with what the parts should cost and that I didn't know what parts needed to be fixed. Thankfully I was able to call someone who knows about cars and they told me not to let Nissan touch it. I am so disgusted by their behavior, this was an extremely upsetting situation for me and I will advise everyone to stay away from this service center and every Wright dealer if this is how they let their employees run business. read more

I recently purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan XD Pro4x for $46,500 that was Nissan Pre-Owned Certified by Wright's Service Department. I drove 12 hours one way to pick it up and by the time I got back home the vehicle was leaking rear diff fluid. I took it to my local Nissan Dealer and they told me that rear diff was leaking, so badly that they didn't want me to drive it. They also told me that Wright had replaced the rear pinion seal at 18,389 miles, which they NEVER mentioned in the buying/purchasing process, nor was it disclosed on the "window sticker". I had a myriad of other "quality" issues that one would not expect buying a $46,500 vehicle with less than 20,000 miles. When I reported the other quality issues to Wright management, they responded with sending me a $25 Starbucks gift card. Spend $46,500, experience issues and receive $25 gift card. That doesn't seem like an exchange of equal value. To be fair in my review, both my sales rep and the financing work Cassandra was an overall positive experience. Both did a good job in their communication with me throughout the sales/buying process. That said, this dealership lacks transparency and integrity with its leadership and quality with respect to its service organization. Brought our car for a recall here. Friendly on phone, easy to schedule... They even called the day before to confirm. Here lies the issue. We drive there (two vehicles, one to drop off the night before) and drop off the vehicle to be serviced. We leave. Five minutes later, my phone rings and they tell us that the part was not available ... AFTER THEY already confirmed the appointment and service to be performed. Time to turn around and drive both cars home. This led to another trip a week later, more miles, more gas, more turnpike tolls that could have been avoided by attentive employees. I bought a Nissan Sentra from them in September, got a good price but ended up hating the car. I'm an SUV person apparently. After driving it only 3,000 miles, I decided to trade it in. I had bought an extended warranty and of course gap insurance. I got the refund for the gap insurance pretty quickly, but still haven't received the refund check for the extended warranty, it's been over two months!!! We have a 2017 lease that we would like to purchase. Called Wright Nissan dealership in Wexford prior to covid-19 to ask if we could come in to purchase the lease and if there would be an inspection charge as Cochran Nissan West Hills told us that they would need to inspect the car prior to us purchasing it (at our expense) even though the car was not out of inspection. The sales rep (Kate) went and talked to the sales manager and was told that we would not have to have the car inspected. We told the sales rep that we would be in the following weekend. Then covid-19 hit, 3 months later on 6/6 we go to the dealership to purchase the lease. We were told 1. We needed an appointment and 2. There isn't anyone there from finance on Saturdays and to call back to schedule an appt. Called today and spoke with Zach Leone-finance mgr to set up and appt and he is telling us that we do need to have the car inspected (it was just inspected the day prior) and we would need to pay and add'l fee on top of that. Explained to him what we were told 3 months ago, but he didn't care. He ended up hanging up on us. We have been a Nissan customer for for over 10 years and this is how we are treated?! Will NEVER give Nissan our business again and you can bet I will let everyone I know how we were treated. Shame on you Nissan! Our experience with this dealership was very disappointing and felt like a bait and switch. My son talked with your dealership about a specific car. He was told it was there and he set an appointment for 5:00 the same day. He gave his phone number in case anything came up. He left work and arrived 20 min early. He was asked for his key, ins and registration on his trade in. He was seated in the car he wanted. Then the salesman came out and told him someone else had just test drove the car and put a deposit on the car. He left empty handed. Why was he not called and given the opportunity to put a deposit on the car? Or told not to come? This is not the way to handle customers. This was going to be the first car he bought for himself. Now he has a negative view of car salesmen and definitely of this dealership. It could have been handled so much better. read more

I got my Rogue here a few years back. I got a whale of a deal because they were getting rid of the old body styles. Buying a car tends to take forever but the hubby went in, as usual, knowing what we wanted and what we needed. They worked hard to get the deal done. The hubby went to wright Hyundai to get his last 2 vehicles and they have been willing to work it to get the deal done. The service department is comfy. They offer a little fridge with bottled water and coffee. Nice magazine assortment and TV. They tend to be competitive with pricing and never had an issue with them wanting to do unnecessary "maintenance" on my car. I would shop here again and service here again as well. read more

The staff here is so friendly ! I had the pleasure of being serviced by Kerri lehocky ( the receptionist ) and an extremely nice and knowledgeable mechanic ( unfortunately I cannot remember his name at this time ). I want to personally express how these two helped me through a tough time. Having your brand new car break down while road tripping across the country is never fun, but these two made the experience as pleasant as one could wish for. They were both very understanding . The mechanic even allowed us to see the car and explained the malfunction in detail ( since we are not car savy outside of the park and drive functions). Kerri organized for us to get a rental car , recommended restaurants and nearby lodging as we had to wait for parts to be ordered and delivered the following day. Needless to say , upon picking up the car the staff was even more friendly they continued to apologize for the situation although it was not at all their fault that it malfunctioned in the first place. The mechanic working on the car was busy with another customer when we returned to pick our vehicle; however, As we were walking to the car he ran out from the garage to just say "sorry about the inconvenience and hope you have a safe rest of your trip to California ". They all remembered our names and made us feel welcome. I would absolutely recommended this Nissan service department ANYDAY TO ANY PERSON. you can tell they love what they do here , and the customer always comes first . Thanks so much guys! After having a dismal experience with another Nissan dealer further north on Rt 19 in Butler County, we brought my wife's Juke to Wright. It had a serious oil leak and was still under warranty. First, the rep I spoke with during my initial call noticed immediately the car had an outstanding recall for a fuel pressure sensor. Mark never mentioned that. The rep also said they wouldn't add dye unless they couldn't clearly see where the oil was leaking. A great initial contact. The next day the service rep, Theresa, called and said the leak was from the crank seal and confirmed it was covered by the warranty. The charge would be a $100 deductable plus $60 for the drive belt. Theresa said she would try to get the belt covered, however. As time went on, the found a seat that had to be replaced, as well as the timing belt and timing belt cover. They also took care of the recall issue. She did get the drive belt covered, so the total cost of all that work was only $100 plus tax. Throughout it all, Theresa was pleasant, professional and repectful. She's a great ambassador for Wright Nissan. read more

I recently had my vehicle in for an oil change. My appointment was at 9:15am. They did not bring it into the shop until 11am. Why have appointment times if they are not followed? Once they were done, the service adviser said that they would bring it around for me, which was another 20 minutes. Upon looking at the side of my vehicle, I noticed that it was covered in grass clippings do to them weed whacking right next to it. So who knows how many stone chips I now have on the side due to that. Wright Nissan has no regard for their customers time, making them sit for 3 hours for an oil change. read more

What I am not ok with is the fact that I bought what I was told was an amazing insurance extra coverage package and one month later the truck breaks its not covered and i have to dish a bunch of money out of pocket after I already bought a couple extra thousand dollar policy that was not what I was lead to believe it was. Very poor quality in their cars. Bought a brand new car and surprisingly had to get many of the parts replaced/repaired within the 1st year itself. Never ever going to get a Nissan. Worst experience ever. Had 2 recalls on my vehicle of which 1 was over 6 months related to air bags and was never informed!!!!! They claim Nissan corporate sends out a postcard and must have got lost in the mail. If Nissan could be a little more proactive of its customers safety it would be greatly appreciated. After 5 months, thousands of dollars later and 3 different repair shops (including one big auto dealer in my area promising to continue to service Suzuki), I finally broke down and had my Kizashi towed there, not a close drive, maybe 40 miles from home. They solved the problem within a day and didn't charge me half of what the other dealer charged me to NOT be able to fix it. They did find another, unrelated issue that would have cost me another thousand to repair. At that point, I gave up on that car. Feeling heartbroken and scared that I was now having to go upside down on another car loan, I sat with a dealer who was very patient with me. We drove several used cars until I found the one I loved. They actually gave me KBB value on my crapper trade-in, minus the cost to repair. Which, I feel is pretty fair. It turned out that I didn't have to go too far upside down with them doing that. The car they got me into was well below its KBB value itself. From the very beginning, with dealing with the service department to the very end, when I drove off in my new car, everything was just perfect. I felt comfortable and not pressured. I felt the confidence from the service team from the very beginning. And they should own that confidence proudly, they resolved the issue almost immediately. Absolutely horrible service. I had a problem with their service back in December. I figured I would give them another shot as there was a vehicle I was interested in. I called and made an appointment for the next day at 10am. I drove all the way from Plum to Wexford which is 45 minutes 1 way as well as turnpike tolls and most important my time. I was about 10 minutes out from the dealership and was going to be about 5 minutes late so I called just to let them know. 5 Minutes later I get a call back from someone who said we sold that car last night. No apology and it would have been nice to get a call to let me know that before I spent an hour and a half driving. The best part was the lady who booked my appointment the day before calls me later in the day to ask me if I wanted to schedule an appointment to come see a car. Sorry that's twice with bad service and there really is no excuse for it. I will not do business there. A lot of options out there and I wanted to be treated right and give my business to someone who will appreciate it. read more

Be prepared to pay for services never rendered. When you inquire about it, they will "yes" you, but never do anything about it. When you ask to speak to someone, you will talk to multiple people, but it goes nowhere, and no one does anything. Comment on surveys also goes nowhere. They do not care. I have given them multiple visits to do simple things correct, but they do not. Oil change - if you ask for synthetic, be prepared to paid for it, but that is not what you will get. When you inquire, they will say they did it, but also tag your car that they used conventional oil. It is one thing for it to happen once, but twice. My car only has 12,500 miles on it. They will also say they will send you a new sticker for the mileage for the synthetic. They will not. Be prepared to need new window wipers in every visit. In addition, when your car is emissions exempt, they will change you full price. They also will not go over anything until after the fact, when you find it on your 5 page bill. I also do not think a manager even works there. When I asked for one, you are told that they personally already talked to him/her. When ask to see them, they tell you they are busy. Do not waste your time or money here, go elsewhere. read more

**DO NOT GET SERVICE WORK DONE HERE** This is the second time we have taken our car in for a tire rotation and the second time that they claimed to have done the service - but in actuality did not. We always mark our tires before we drop off to make sure they have indeed been rotated. When we arrived back to pick up the automobile, we were assured the tires were rotated and were charged. We checked the tires to see if they had been rotated and they had not been. When we asked why we were charged for a service they did not do...we were directed to the manager who tried to back peddle out of the situation.
