Moved to Pittsburgh recently and had purchased my Cayenne in Maryland. I went in for a check engine light and knowing that if you don't buy a car at that dealership, you're not treated well... Well For not purchasing the car at that dealership, they (especially Nate) treated me like I bought the SUV there. Not only did the fix that problem, but installed the latest PCM, and fixed two other recalls. NO Questions asked. Just a great experience from their service department! read more

Porsche Pittsburgh is amazing! The review you see are from previous ownership! I've bought 2 cars from them since the switch from auto palace. They treat you right from entering the building to vehicle delivery! read more

Purchased a used car from Arch, I'm an out of state buyer. Called him up based on what I found online, and he was able to clearly communicate the exact condition of the car, even did a FaceTime with me. Arrived to pick up the car after settling on details and was more than impressed with the condition of the vehicle. Arch had me in an out within 30 mins with finance, just as promised. Super easy. Bottom line, I never run into dealers that exceed the expectations they set, and of course my own. Totally worth the 4 hours drive. Would 100% buy another car through them again. read more

Went into Porsche trying to sell my car, they had given me an offer and when trying to call back the general service manager, they had refused to even give me a call back after expressing interest and giving me a price. They came off really nice and cordial and the second they needed to be responsive they just didn't want to answer your calls and wouldn't even give me the courtesy of saying they weren't interested. I'm gonna get my GT3 allocation somewhere else, I'd advise you do the same. They don't give a crap about you or your car. They just want profits. Not surprising. They also have been known to drive company cars recklessly on 376 highway for joyrides. Don't take tour cars or money here! Expected better from a company who strives for perfection. read more

My Porsche Cayenne was getting up there not only in age but, in mileage as well so I decided to upgrade to the current body style Cayenne S while my Cayenne still had some resale value. I wanted to sell it out right as I received several cash offers but, the potential buyers turned out to be B.S.ing around. I had my eye on a beautiful, loaded new body style Cayenne S on Auto Palace's lot but, felt the price was just too high to fit into my budget. Upon entering one of the salesmen, Steve Blackwell greeted me. I told him which Cayenne I was interested and he grabbed the key and we went for a test drive. Immediately I fell in love! I had test driven other new Cayennes so I knew this one was the one. About a week later with a bit of negotiating I was able to get the Cayenne down to a price that would fit my budget. Steve also gave me a fair trade in for my current Cayenne. I have had my new Cayenne in for service a few times since and Nate in the service department has always taken excellent care of me. If you don't want to wait while service is being performed they offer a free shuttle to take you to your home or office and come back and pick you up when your Porsche is finished. On one occasion I was even given a rental car when one service took longer than expected as all of their loaner vehicles were out. Debbie even called me later to make sure that I was pleased with the services that were rendered and that I didn't have any further issues or concerns. I have been smiling ever since and smile every time I turn the key and hear the glorious growl from that delicious sounding V8. read more

Porsche of Pittsburgh and Mike Arnold deserve 6 stars. If you are considering Porsche dealers, look no further. As a first-time car buyer, Mike Arnold and the Porsche team provided an unbelievable car buying experience. My only complaint is I wish they provided a worse experience because my future car purchases can only go down from here. I made the drive from the Washington DC area to this Pittsburgh store in July to make my first ever car purchase, Michael was transparent and responsive not only when I contacted him to inquire about the purchase, but has been a great lifeline for the 3 months following my purchase as we tied up the final loose ends that were agreed upon in the purchase contract. Upon my arrival from DC it was smooth sailing from the moment I walked in the door. The car was ready to be tested, and the paperwork was already arranged when I finished the test drive. The staff was phenomenal across the board, all helpful and friendly. As long as I am a member of the Porsche family, Mike and Porsche of Pittsburgh will be my first call. read more

Got a CPO Macan Turbo from them through internet in November. Love the car, but still can not get the license plate in Texas due to their continuously mis-handling the documents. Dealership in Houston can not honor my Macan as CPO due to their internal confusion of open recall. Can not get a copy of services record even I repeatedly request. My patient went thin after 5 months and considering all options. read more

We purchased a new Porsche here during the COVID-19 shutdown and everything was great until we signed the papers and took delivery of it. Since then they've proven to be masters of the "ghosting" playbook -- from the sales manager, Joe, being completely unresponsive when we noticed a missing part on the vehicle the day after delivery, to never completing the registration documents because their office staff supposedly quit. The latest fun has been trying to reach the service department for 2 weeks for an issue and when we finally tracked someone down, they said their phone system is malfunctioning and they aren't receiving messages. Oh and so much for them picking your vehicle up for service as promised...not that I'd trust them driving our car anyway. Bottom line: go to Sewickley Porsche and do a dealer trade, if necessary. read more

I had always been a bit intimidated by this place, with its very high end Porsches and even some exotics. I had a problem with my 1991 928GT and so I brought it here since it was so close by. I was so pleasantly surprised by the high quality, attentive, and humble service. I can recommend Auto Palace without reservation. This is a fine establishment that treats its customers well and with respect. read more

Had a great experience with Brian and Porsche Pittsburgh. I was able to finalize the deal over the phone in a matter of minutes (apparently one of their quickest sales ever), and flew down the next morning to pick up my vehicle. The process was straight forward and shockingly easy. No BS or dealer run around. I was in and out in under an hour. Highly recommended. read more

Excellent warranty service and follow up. I have a 6 month old Macan and it needed some warranty work. They immediately knew what clam shell noise I as complaining about and replicated it without a test drive. The squeaky steering column was also diagnosed as a known issue and parts were immediately ordered from Germany. Every effort was expended to search for the steering part in the US but was determined to be an item from Germany. They ensured that I got my car back whilst waiting for the part. I would certainly come here for service since it is only a short distance from downtown. The shuttle was efficient and drivers courteous. read more

I had the best experience with Marc Chlebowski. As an out of state buyer, it was a unique experience for me but Marc reassured me that it will be smooth sailing and it was. The best experience buying a car hands down. The finance person Mike Ivey was great and the driver that delivered my car was outstanding. Now to the product, the car arrived and it was better than I had anticipated. It was in great shape and everything I was shown (personal video of car) helped me make the best decision. Thank you so much for making this a great experience for me. read more

Was in Pittsburgh to visit ailing Father in law when my 2019 Cayenne PCM began malfunctioning due to a software issue. Went to Pittsburgh Porsche on a chance they could help without an appointment. They went beyond my expectations when the service advisor and salespeople spent (30) minutes trouble shooting it and calling PCNA. They solved the problem and refused any payment. Highly recommend. read more

I'm definitely NOT the kind of person to write a negative review. However  -- I must in this case. My wife and I are professional; we have a few business in addition to being a veteran and a retired Fire Chief of 30 years. I've dealt with several professionals both personally and professionally.  But--the amount of deceit and misleadings I've unfortunately witnessed by the finance manager Mike Ivey was and has been very disturbing. While going through the untimely death of a family member, Mr. Ivey tried to force my wife to renegotiate the terms of the lease agreement due to a finance error.  In addition --- after paying Mr. Ivey our initial monthly payment, he never sent the payment into Porsche causing us to incur multiple late fees. It gets even more disturbing; he  told the Porsche representative " ...we did not give him any money for the initial payment...".  That's not all, the vehicle was purchased September 2020; we still haven't received the registration and license plate. Mr. Ivey's excuse per Porsche representative "...he was waiting for us to give him our  car insurance information..." Everyone knows YOU CAN NOT DRIVE OF THE LOT WITHOUT PROOF OF INSURANCE.  Conclusion: This is my experience that was totally unexpected from Porsche. If Mike Ivey is your fiance  person; go to another dealer. read more

The WORST car buying experience I have ever had, and I am in the business of buying cars. This dealer is the most dishonest dealer I have ever dealt with. The car was highly misrepresented. Totally beware of the sales team and the general manager of this car dealership. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. Do not do business with Auto Palace Porsche. read more

The service department has terrible customer service. I had my car towed to the dealership due to a flat tire. After a couple of hours I called to see if they actually received it as I hadn't heard from them. I got voicemail. I left a message. An hour later still nothing. I call again, explain the situation to the receptionist and she puts me through to service. Once again...voicemail. I call back and ask if she can confirm that they received my car. She puts me on hold and then tells me they did receive it and someone will get back to me shortly. An hour later I call again and, of course, get voicemail again. I call back yet again and this time I get put into automatic reception hell. I call again and this time the manager answers the phone. I explain that my car has been there for 6 hours and I have not heard anything from anybody as to what is going on. He tells me someone from service will be calling me back. I receive a call within 5 minutes. They haven't even looked at my tire and want to know if I want to leave the car for my 20,000 mile inspection. Ummm, maybe if you had asked me 4 hours ago, I would have. As it is, my work day is over and I am ready to go home and have no way home. This is when I find out that they haven't even looked at my car yet and they suggest I get an uber to the dealership. Compare this to Lexus, who when my husband explained he didn't have his insurance card or owners card, they called his agent, had an insurance card emailed to the dealership and then went online and completed the registration to renew my husband's owners card because it apparently expired months ago. Porsche can take a lesson from Lexus. That is customer service. read more

Great service great dealership. Arch Wiese was extremely helpful in the purchase of my Porsche Macan. His knowledge of the cars and professionalism made the purchase process very easy. Aaron and his staff were all top notch. Highly recommend Porsche Pittsburgh. read more

Steve Blackwell, and later Jake Dunks-Campbell, have both been amazing when it came to taking care of my Cayenne E-Hybrid order. The discount and service has been amazing, and I was not pressured at any time to place the order. I've stuck through with the order since October '18, and I completely plan on following through on leasing the Cayenne this September. My loyalty to this out-of-state dealership truly speaks for the service I have received. Porsche Pittsburgh is truly one of the best Porsche dealers out there, and I look forward to purchasing my Taycan Cross Turismo and 718 Boxster Spyder from Jake in the months to come. Overall, just a great experience. I can't thank them enough! read more

Terrible customer service from the salesman. Went to look at a cayenne turbo, liked the car and was will to work with the number. The salesman said the best he could do was $100 off. What a joke. read more

To say I am satisfied is a understatement. I purchased a 2017 911 this past year (2017) and traded up to a 2018 911 4S convertible this summer. The car is great and Steve Blackwell went out of his way to make the deal happen for me. I was so satisfied that I brought my girlfriend to the dealership for a quick look. She test drove a 2017 911 4S convertible that had low mileage and had one of her favorite color combos. She loved the car as I knew she would as she had driven mine. Now we have almost identical cars in the garage. When my friends say why two so similar the response is well there is his and there is hers. This is my second purchase (I have owned 7 Porsche vehicles) from them and even though we are heading to Florida I am sure there will be another that will be shipped south. Give them a fair try as I am sure you will be happy. Steve knows his cars and is very laid back and does not press for a sale. His and Aaron's attitude make it a pleasure to do business with them. read more

For a young professional, it was hard to go to dealerships and be taken seriously when trying to buy a sports car. I went to multiple dealerships and would have to wait a while for someone to come up to me and got rejected countless of times to test drive. At auto palace, they treated me like a high end customer and not as a kid. I also highly recommend to stop by and just take a look. They are super friendly and allow people to experience luxuries that most people can not. read more

Without even driving one, I knew I liked the Macan S. When I looked from the Porsche website, I saw that this dealership had a used one that was EXACTLY what I wanted (and low miles). I contacted them through the site and a salesman said it was still available. I called the next day to make an appointment to see it and he told me it had just sold (mmkay). I said I still wanted to test drive one as I may just buy a new one if that one wasn't available. I went in and met him - he tried to push me to the base Macan, saying he was just trying to save me money (um, if I was trying to save money, I'd buy a Ford). He did switch cars and had me drive the S. But at the end of the test drive, he didn't ask what features I liked and whether he could try to find what I really wanted. Instead, he only offered to walk me to my car. He was nice, but I definitely felt brushed off. Then a few weeks later, I called the dealership and asked the best way to see if they can find one with the features I wanted. The SA I spoke with took down what I wanted and said he'd look and get back to me. I received one e-mail, to which I responded, and then nothing. For other reasons, I decided to wait until later to find "my" Macan. So at the point where I needed to look, I built one using Porsche's online tool and had the code sent to this dealership. I received one phone call promising me he'd look for one fitting that build and get back to me. Nothing. No followthrough AT ALL. After a few days, I called the dealership to the west of Pittsburgh on rt65 and I'm now driving a 2020 Macan S that's exactly what I wanted. Oh, and I paid cash. I think this dealership judges people too quickly based on their address or their clothes. (or likely based on their gender). They missed out. read more

I did not purchase a vehicle, however, I feel compelled to write a scathing review - not doing so would be a disservice to anyone who blindly walks into this dealership. That was my first mistake. Two years ago I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I encountered a salesman by the name of Steve Blackwell. I made it clear that I purchase a vehicle every couple years and although, my vehicle (a 2013 Mercedes ML 350) at the time was not paid off I was seriously considering buying something new. Steve spent well over an hour discussing purchase and lease options on a hybrid Cayenne with myself and my significant other. I wanted to discuss the options thoroughly with my significant other before making a decision. We went home and did so. Fast forward to the following week. My significant other and I both contacted Steve multiple times to make an offer. It's important that I add that I was willing to work with the numbers. Steve failed to call us back and when I finally spoke with him he had a variety of excuses for his lack of professionalism - "I was in the hospital", "The VIN number you gave me for your vehicle was incorrect", "I don't have proof of your insurance", etc... I emailed him all of the information he claimed he did not have and he told me he would get back to me. I never heard from him again. It was bad business and as you can tell it has left a sour taste in my mouth. I did what any savvy woman would do and walked one block down on Baum Boulevard and formed a lasting relationship with the Rahal sales team at Mercedes Benz of Pittsburgh. I'd like to add that they gladly accepted $90,000 of my money this past July so that I could be the first person in the Pittsburgh area to own a 2018 400 E 4matic Coupe . I have heard many friends rave about their wonderful experiences with Auto Palace. After the fact, all of my friends informed me that I should only deal with the manager Aaron since it was he who provided exceptional service to them when they were in the process of purchasing. So Aaron if you are reading this feel free to reach out to me when I'm in the market for a new vehicle again - that may be the only way I'd consider walking into Auto Palace again. For those of you who took the time to read this and still decide to go to this dealership do not do so in vain - blackball the aforementioned salesman. read more

I did not end up purchasing, so I don't think I can fully qualify a 5 star experience- but nonetheless I wanted to speak to my great experience working with Jake Dunks-Campbell at Auto Palace. Looking on a nationwide search for a Cayenne, I had zeroed in on a vehicle in Pittsburgh PA and we were able to negotiate a fair price over the phone & emails. Never pushy, he offered to hold the vehicle for a fully refundable deposit (which I accepted) and the car's advertisements were immediately pulled. We collaborated as I hired PPI mechanic to evaluate the vehicle. Some issues were discovered for which he agreed to diffuse some costs and would have taken care of at the Porsche dealership; during these negotiations I felt he was honest and candid in what he was able to do. I was 99% ready to pull the trigger when another slightly newer car with a different trim set, lower mileage, a more desirable option set & drive-able distance of my home popped up. (I'm in San Francisco, Auto Palace is in Pittsburgh PA). The new choice in all fairness was admittedly a little more money and so the comparison was apples and oranges, but for my personal needs it just offered more value & made a lot more sense. Despite being so close to pulling the trigger (and I felt bad about yanking anyone's chain), Jake remained 100% courteous and promptly refunded my money in full, no questions asked, no hassle. So despite my going elsewhere, I felt that Jake provided the potential to buy a great vehicle at a fair price, offered to work with me on some issues to make it happen, but most importantly provided excellent customer service. Thanks Jake & best of luck! read more

I am very dissatisfied with Auto Palace. My husband shook hands with a gentleman on Saturday to buy a car. We told him we could put money down and he said no. He quoted us a great price. On Monday morning the deal was a go. On Monday afternoon we were putting money down on the car. We never got a call. A day later (only after an email by my husband) we were contacted saying that they quoted us the wrong price and now the car was already sold. I will never deal with therm again! read more
