Thanks Greg!
Liz G.

I'm shocked about the not so great reviews about this Honda dealership because I had a great experience! My fiancé and I have never bought/leased a brand new car before so we stopped by & Greg immediately greeted us. He helped us test drive a 2023 Honda HRV & let us know they wouldn't have more colors/Sport model in stock for another month. So we waited & reached back out to him and he was super responsive. He helped us put a refundable deposit down to hold it over the upcoming holiday weekend & scheduled to pick it up that following Monday. Greg explained the leasing process to us & answered all of our questions thoroughly. I never once felt like he was trying to "sell" us or push us in one direction versus another - even to the point of telling us honestly what was best with putting money down, and other terms. He is very personable & made the process so easy. We also worked with Lisa when going through the paperwork. She was incredible, super friendly, thoroughly communicated and answered all of our questions. Greg & Lisa both have sons that work there too for service & recommended them anytime we need. Overall, such a great experience and SO happy with our new car!

Recall norice

Still waiting for a return phone call to have my car serviced for a recall. Set up an appointment a week ago. The car sat at Honda for 2 days because they did not have the parts for the recall. Called Honda head uarters they sent the parts overnight. Called to set up an appointment with John service dept he states that we had to have the car up there that day immediately. My husband and I work for a living it's unfortunate we couldn't get there that day. Left voice message still have not received a phone call back. Driving around with a car that needs replacement parts because of a recall and still pending call back.

Day I bought it

Worst sales and custamer service I've ever experienced. End of May 2022 bought a 2013 Chevrolet Camero from them to find out they Sold me a car they didn't even have a title for. Seriously how in the hell can u sell a car to someone without 'supposedly" knowing where the title is. The Honda dealership says it's Driveways fault since there the ones that originally purchased the vehicle and they didn't know they couldn't get the title. Two months later Bairal says they need to buy the car back . Needless to say I was mad and upset but they said they would make it right by getting me a another car that I wanted and they would make sure I'm happy. Here it is October already and I still have the camero with a dealer plate, since they took mine in June since they couldn't register the plate they gave me. Horrible communication with them. They won't return phone calls. So as of now I'm making $500 payments on a vehicle I can never own! The whole situation is ridiculous and the dealership doesn't care at all it seems. HAPPY CUSTOMER I AM NOT! Stay far-away from this dealership unless you want a big mess to deal with along with your purchase

Pulled over on the turnpike, i phone a friend to figure out what is happening and am walked through putting the cap on correctly. Back on the turnpike, ENGINE OVERHEATED alerts start blowing up my dashboard. I had to wait on the side of the road for it to cool down, was lucky to only be 2 miles from the next exit and was able to have someone facetime me to walk through filling up the coolant so i could continue my trip. Called and spoke to a manager on Monday. Was very apologetic, asked me to bring the car back in to get cleaned up. I request the same model I have to drive for the day, he says he has a Sorrento. So... this isn't a car dealership then with literally many cars available? The following day I meet the manager, he asked if i want reimbursed for any incidentals. I decline and just asked that he make the situation right. I then am given basically a go-cart (not a Sorrento), and am told to make sure I fill up the gas tank before I bring it back. Bringing the car back the next day, I am early (7:40). They see me sitting in the car waiting to pull in the bay to swap out for my car, and I wait 20 minutes until the lights come on. I am aware there are procedures this place follows on opening times and rentals, but truly I expected more considering the gravity of the situation. The reality of the situation is they put me and my daughter in an incredibly dangerous position, and did the bare minimum to make up for the issue. "Professional and Efficient" are the furthest thing from this Service department. I'm not sure they really took care of any issues their negligence caused under the hood, and will be taking the car to a trusted mechanic to look over.

When it was time to get a new car, we were thankful to find Walt at Shults. Walt took care of us at Shults just like he did at Benson. He helped custom order a vehicle. Unfortunately an injury took him out of office when the car was delivered and Kris swooped in and took over. Kris went above and beyond to accommodate us for a pickup and spent considerable time answering all of our questions. He was patient with us from start to end. When we arrived to pickup the car, it was clean and ready for us. The paperwork was also prepped and ready to sign saving us so much time. He set us up with Jordan who spent literal hours helping us set up and learn the new vehicle. Shults Wexford might now be as convenient of a location as Benson was, but we couldn't be more pleased with the experience with them overall.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! ANYWHERE ELSE!!…read more I purchased a used Lincoln Navigator a month ago after traveling 4 hours for this vehicle. Prior to traveling some numbers were discussed but not agreed upon. We arrived and saw the car noticed a flaw in the bumper and was told that didn't come up on the inspection but should be an easy clip repair. Once inside the dealership no discussion occurred on trade value or cost of the SUV Instead the car salesman steps away and the financing lady comes over for signatures. No transparency from anyone. Following negotiation and yes this dealership try's to use pressure buying, arrogant leadership and intimidation tack ticks for sales. Due to this unprofessional behavior we discussed leaving however we purchased the navigator. It gets worse.... On the way home I opened the glove box to find the previous owners information and a receipt (4 pages) of bodywork done from a collision center to the right side of the suv. Reminder this is the same side the bumper was pushed out on. It doesn't take a genius to read between the lines here. A month later I start receiving phone calls from my previous car loan looking for payment since this dealership failed to payoff my traded car. The amount of frustration and inability to do anything correct through this dealership is unacceptable. The service is less than satisfactory and honest true service is completely absent.

And I don't say that lightly;…read morefor the most part, I try to stay away from car dealerships (or "stealerships" as many of them are reputed) because I get aggravated. However, this was the most pain-free car buying process yet, and I say that after buying a car completely online early last year without even having to walk into a dealership. My son has been wanting his own car, for which he had saved his money, but every time he found a car online that he wanted to look at, it was some run-down shitshop in Ohio or Uniontown or somewhere 100 miles away that you know whatever car you buy would disintegrate five seconds after you drove it off the lot. Not only that, every car he wanted to buy was some ancient POS like a 1989 Dodge Daytona or a tuner like a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse - two cars with limited visibility that are not ideal first cars for a 17-year-old. When he sent me the listing of the 2011 Honda Fit that was listed by this dealership, I was both intrigued and relieved that he was interested in a car that didn't look like he was about to enter it into a drift competition. The car had been dropping in price, and as the high demand for used vehicles is now essentially no more, I figured, let's take a look at it. It turned out to be a good Fit for him (see what I did there?) Adam Langer made the entire process easy. I had done my homework on the Doc fees and such, and we were able to come to a quick agreement on an "out the door" price. Half hour later, after they cleaned the car up, and after Matt helped us with quick and efficient financial documentation signing, we were "out the door" and on our way home. My son is happy as heck with his first car, and the people at Baierl Acura made my son happy for making his first car purchase a positive experience, and his dad happy because my blood pressure was stable through the entire purchase (not that I measured it, but let's just say I had no reason for it to be elevated.) I recommend both this dealership and Adam Langer as a salesperson - stress-free, not pushy, and very honest (is that a thing? An honest car dealer? Apparently it's a thing!) While i don't know what the future holds in terms of car buying, you can bet your sweet bippy that if ever I am in the market for some new wheels, I'll stop by Baierl and talk to Adam.

At my initial visit, I was told they were "working as designed". At another visit, I was told the problem was caused by my EZPass. It ultimately took six visits, extensive documentation, and considerable persistence before the issue was properly addressed when VW issued Service Bulletin 94-26-01, documenting a "ghost operation," which was my exact problem. What was particularly troubling was how I was treated while trying to have a legitimate warranty concern addressed. During one visit, the technician asked if I was a "girly girl" who applied makeup, brushed her hair, and sprayed products in the car. He stated that "girls do what girls do" and that products will "jack up" the steering column and cause issues. These gender based assumptions further delayed the diagnosis of a legitimate warranty claim. Instead of focusing on the mechanical problem I was reporting, the technician shifted the focus to stereotypical assumptions about my behavior as a woman and suggested that I was potentially responsible for the malfunction. This experience was further compounded when, after the fix was finally applied, I discovered a dent and scratch on the driver's side that had not been present when I dropped off the vehicle. I notified the service director, who stated they would "air" on the side of taking responsibility and did arrange repairs. I am sharing this experience because I believe customers, particularly women bringing legitimate warranty concerns to this dealership, deserve to be taken seriously, treated professionally, and have their concerns evaluated without gender-based assumptions. The problem with my car was real. Volkswagen ultimately documented the exact defect. The way I was treated while trying to get it addressed was the part I should not have had to experience.

On 3-16-2026 I purchased a demo 2025 Frontier with 4,876 miles. Nissan recommends an oil change every 7,500 miles for normal driving conditions. Most knowledgeable people perform a first oil change at 1,000 to 5,000 miles. In retrospect, I should have made an oil change a condition of the purchase of the truck - I didn't - my bad. After had the truck for a few days, I realized I should see if the oil had been changed, so I called my salesman Connor at Wright Nissan. He had to check but ultimately said the oil had been changed so I asked him for documentation for my files and so I would know when to change it next. He initially said the oil change would be recorded on the car fax report, but he was unable to provide it. I asked for some documentation and after a number of reminders to him he finally provided a Nissan Service "invoice" showing an oil change on February 18, 2026 with a milage of 4,866 miles. On May 14, 2026 (with 6,432 miles now on the odometer) before making a long drive in my new truck and not feeling too good about the oil change documentation provided by Wright Nissan, I decided to get the oil changed at the local Valvoline. I watched as the dark black oil was removed. I asked the Valvoline Tech, based on his experience, if this oil had ever been previously changed (let alone 1,566 miles ago). His response was simply "no way". Following the oil change, I reached out via email to my salesman Conner to let know about the discrepancy hoping he would respond with some explanation. He never responded.

I had previously bought a vehicle from Baierl Subaru and thought it was a good idea to return. She drove from New York to Pennsylvania based on my recommendation. Let's just say everyone makes mistakes. To start, the entire purchase process took 12 hours over two days just to drive away with the vehicle. That's completely unacceptable. After finally taking delivery, we were told my mother would have to come back on another day just to receive a basic walkthrough of the vehicle's features--and it wasn't even from our salesperson. We initially worked with Phil, who was pleasant enough on the first day, but he was trying to juggle multiple customers at once instead of handing us off to another salesperson who could give us the attention we deserved. While that wasn't ideal, we did eventually reach a deal we were happy with. The real problems started the day two. I sent my wife with my mother, expecting they would simply sign the paperwork, get a quick overview of the car, and head home. Instead, they spent another eight hours at the dealership. When I caught up with them afterward, I was shocked to discover that the original deal had been completely changed. Thousands of dollars in unnecessary warranties and add-ons had been included by Kara in finance. My elderly mother was subjected to the classic finance office routine--fast talking, shuffling paperwork, and constantly redirecting attention to the monthly payment instead of the actual cost of what she was buying. When I called Phil to find out what happened, he immediately washed his hands of the situation, saying it was the finance department's responsibility. There was no effort to advocate for his customer or help resolve the issue. I ultimately had to return to the dealership myself to cancel the unnecessary add-ons. Kara made the cancellation process as difficult as possible. It took over eight months for most of the refunds to be processed, and my mother is still owed some money. At some point, it simply wasn't worth continuing to deal with her. I also spoke with the acting sales manager at the time to share my experience with the finance department. Unfortunately, he seemed far more interested in his upcoming vacation than addressing a serious customer complaint or following up afterward. My advice? There are plenty of other dealerships. Find a salesperson who will give you their full attention, stand behind you after the sale, and genuinely care about your experience. And if you're helping an elderly family member purchase a vehicle and have to deal with Kara in finance, be prepared. Apparently, sitting next to your family member isn't enough. You may also need a passport, a power of attorney, and a stool sample before you're allowed to speak on their behalf. Good luck.
