Go home and find out that they hid it in the price of the truck along with an almost $400 dollar charge where they etched numbers into the windows ruining the tint. Interior of the truck as filthy and outside had streaks all over it. Called day of and was told to come in Monday. Get passed back and forth from sales to finance with each other saying it was on the other. No one will return a call and when they say they will call they never do. I did purchase an extended warranty that covers very little (disappointing). You sent me a message regarding my initial Yelp review about the used car. You stated into today's message that someone would be contacting me. Then you sent a reply stating that I must contact someone else. This is all very confusing. I have provided 3 possible ways to resolve the issues regarding the defective car that I was sold at the Bowser Budget Lot. Please have ownership or management contact me with a possible resolution that I suggested in a reply to you. If none of the options are acceptable than the Better Business Bureau, & PA State Attorney General can mediate this process. My hope is that won't be necessary.     Terrible service. When I picked up my VW after a state inspection and 60k service, the engine…read morelight was on and my turn signal bulb was out. No one checked to make sure the engine light was not on before they returned the car to me. Further, the service department does not answer their phone or check their voicemails. Not one employee apologized or for the inconvenience when I returned. After the engine light came on again a day later, I escalated the issue to the general manager hoping for someone to take some accountability and was surprised to find that he did not care about the case or about my business. He actually stated that if I "had a bad experience, I should not come back". He made no attempt to win back my loyalty or take any accountability. This was crazy to me because I am in the market for a new VW. I will definitely not be buying it at Day. My recommendation as a savvy VW driver and reasonable human being is to never visit this dealership for sales or service.

Craig and Brad were extremely knowledgeable, professional and displayed a high level of customer service. My wife had driven a Subaru for the past 6 years and had several questions regarding the safety and performance of the vehicle. They not only knew their product line but also their competitors. They went above and beyond to describe the technology and engineering that went into the many safety features available in the Passat without downgrading the competition. A major deciding factor of our purchase was the ability to take the Passat home overnight to get a real life feel for driving the car before we made the purchase. Test drives are nice but until you take it on your daily routine you don't know how well it will perform. In addition to the numerous safety features that my wife was insistant on, the Passat has plenty of gadgets, a ton of power, is very spacious, and looks "gorgeous" as my wife would say! We would highly recommend not only the Passat but more importantly Imports by Day for their amazing customer service and selection of vehicles. Great experience overall!

    I have been stopping into this Advance Auto in Murrysville for years now. It's usually for a…read morebattery or head light for my wife's car. I got a new battery from here in 2015. It's great how they check the battery before for free and do a free installation if you do need a new one. It comes with a 3 year warranty as well. I never really thought of the warranty up until a few weeks ago. I was in Penn Hills and I was getting gas. I filled up my car and tried to start my car back up. It wouldn't start. I had to get it jumped. I didn't think I needed a new battery yet because it only has been a little over two years since I got a new one. I knew there was an Advance Auto nearby in Penn Hills so I stopped in there. They checked my battery and said there was a lot of corrosion on it. I wasn't getting enough juice to start my car they said. He looked up my information to see when I bought this battery from them and he said he couldn't find anything on me. He said I probably needed a new battery so he was going to ring me up $151 for a new one. I told him to hold off and let me go to the Advanced Auto in Murrysville because that's where I got it. So I drove to the one in Murrysville. I told him what happened and he couldn't believe that the Penn Hills store sent me there and that they didn't help me out. Max helped me out here and he was great. He did find me in the system and said I was covered under their 3 year warranty. The problem was that when he checked my battery it said it was in good shape. So he cleaned all of the corrosion around my battery and tested it again. He said that I should be fine but if I have more problems to come back to the Murrysville one. A little over a week later on Saturday morning I tried to start my car and it wouldn't start. That was the first time that I had trouble with it since I got the corrosion cleaned off. I jumped it and went back to the Murrysville store. I started telling them what had happened previously and then Max who helped me out before remembered me and told them what was up. They tested my battery and said since I keep having trouble they will just give me a new one. 10 minutes later I had a new battery that was covered under their warranty and I was on my way! I haven't had any trouble since. I would recommend the Murrysville Advance Auto to anybody. Thanks Max!

    Really 0 stars! Just tried to get desperately needed help, as my car was making a horrible loud…read morenoise. There was not one customer in that store. No one. Asked the Advanced Auto Sales person if he could help. He shrugged his shoulders, gave me a dirty look, ruled his eyes and said "We are a retail store...can't help you. You have to go to an auto repair shop." Walked away from me. I sarcastically said "Thanks." He said, "No problem." Went to Advanced Auto in the same area, they were so nice and so helpful! They were busy & still took the time to come out & take a look and listen. They were so courteous. It meant a lot to me. The Advanced Auto guy was arrogant & rude. GO TO AUTO ZONE!
