Employees were so nice and made me feel comfortable. Buying a car was easy. The place was clean and well lit.

The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP--DECEPTIVE SALES & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY…read more I would give zero stars if I could. My mother is a 68 year old retired RN who purchased a van from Haus Auto Group with the intention of traveling across the country, visiting national parks. Instead, she has spent months dealing with a nightmare--costly repairs, misleading information, and complete disregard from the dealership. The van was misrepresented from the start. It was advertised as a Flex Fuel Chevy Express, which she paid a premium through the dealership's vendor to have delivered to her in Texas. Upon delivery, she discovered it was actually a VIA Motors VTRUX hybrid--a vehicle that very few mechanics can service due to software restrictions that a quick Google search will confirm was a complete failure for GM. The hybrid battery failed 3 days after she accepted delivery of this vehicle, and despite taking it to multiple shops, no one has been able to fix it. Additionally, the van has significant rust issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale. They haven't even honored their own guarantee and reimbursed her for what she spent in repairs the first month she owned it. My mother repeatedly reached out to Chris Haus, asking for assistance or a buyback, as she unknowingly purchased a vehicle that is essentially undrivable, and the vehicle delivered is not the vehicle she purchased. Communication has been slow, dismissive, and filled with empty promises. Every time she pushed for a resolution, she's been met with excuses or silence. Meanwhile, she's still making payments on a van that she cannot use. This dealership sold her a branded title vehicle without proper disclosure, failed to ensure it was in working condition, and has done nothing to make this right. She spent her life savings on what was supposed to be her dream vehicle, only to be stuck with an expensive, useless burden. If you value honesty, integrity, and accountability, DO NOT BUY FROM HAUS AUTO GROUP. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase here to take their business elsewhere.

He wants me to kick it on down the line to CarMax lying to them to get an appraisal and throwing $4000 on top of that not caring about the moral issue that the Van dies after 30-45 min. and proven by 5+ mechanics it won't run. They had a 90 day warranty and I haven't received a penny for what I have paid.

The day after I got my car from this lot, the air conditioning stopped working (it was the evaporator that was bad and he was aware of it). The lot paid for the part, which was a little over $100, but the process of replacing the part is very labor intensive and expensive and we could not afford it. Fast forward a month or so later, the car would not start. Almost $2,000 later, the car is still not running correctly and won't make it out of the driveway. We found a mechanic recommended by Tommy who has been nothing but helpful, but he agreed that the best course of action is to get rid of the Lexus. We were in a very bad situation and Tommy took advantage of that. We were pretty desperate for a car after my BMW (which we traded in here for the Lexus) stopped being reliable. He ripped us off on the trade and will continue to do that to others! Do not do business with these people. You will get screwed over.

The owner, Bob, wanted nothing to do with us. He pawned us off to a mechanic who said there was a litany of problems with the car. We took it back to Bob and he agreed to have them fixed. We thought he did until a month later (we rarely drove the car), when there were more problems. Guess what? At that point it was past the 30 day warranty bumper to bumper. Bob YELLED at my fiance and threw, yes threw, a paper at her saying its our responsibility now. The paper had a list of three mechanics to talk to. They never returned our calls and never offered to fix what THEY did wrong. A month later, we started getting water in the front well. Yes WATER! We, at our own expense, took it to one of the places he mentioned. They said they fixed it but water was now coming in the back. We couldn't drive the car for 2 months over the winter but when spring came, we decided to take it to a mechanic locally. There were several inches of water UNDER the back seat. The water had burned out an electronic controller. They said there were other problems INCLUDING tires that were worn to the threads. What the hell kind of place sells such horrible KNOWN to be bad vehicles to unsuspecting customers? Used Car World and Bob Fallon. When we took it to a VW dealer, there was too many repairs to name. It would cost more than what I owed on the car (still $6k). We traded the POS in and got a very reputable car from Day Apollo - a MUCH better experience. If you want terrible service AFTER the high pressure sale, go to Bob and his horrible business. If you wanted to be treated fairly, go anywhere else.

I told them I wrote down everything that was wrong with the car so telling me they didn't know was bs. I have two little girls and one on the way and can't b risking our engine blowing up on the road I also explained to them I need a bigger vehicle and they told me I can't trade it in. My…read moredad has bought a few cars from the CarSense in Cranberry and always had a great experience, so he recommended I check the Robinson location out since it's closer to me. First, their website is super easy to use to help you see their current inventory and search/filter by make, model, price, mileage, and even special features. If you create an account, you can also save cars and come back to review and compare them later. They had several hatchbacks in my price range available. I called a few days before I wanted to come to the dealership and spoke with Jaison, who was super friendly and easy to work with. He talked to me about what I was looking for and even sent me a video of one of the cars I was very interested in. When I came out to the dealership, I wanted to test drive some alternatives. Jaison had told me he wouldn't be there when I was planning to arrive, so I worked with Jon, who was also very nice. Jon gave me three cars to test drive, and I ended up going with a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. It looks brand new and has under 20K miles on it. I'm an idiot and forgot my checkbook at home, but Jon let me fill out all of the paperwork so I would just need to come back in the morning with a check. It took under two hours to test drive and choose a car and do the paperwork, and then 15 minutes for me to get it from them this morning. A few things to keep in mind: 1) They do NOT haggle. It's not what they do, and they're literally not allowed to do it. This isn't a bargaining thing; they just don't do it. So be prepared to pay the exact sticker price. 2) Their financing is based on the vehicle that you choose, so you can't apply before you choose a car. I ended up getting financing elsewhere because I wanted to have a check with me before I went.

It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.
