TL/DR: Sales guy can't meet any expectations on delivery of car or any associated records,…read moreincluding misleading/false statements and information. Finance guy tries to get me to sign the title before ever mentioning or discussing rates, shames my credit score. Service department can't order the correct windshield nor find service records. I was delayed in getting my car 2+ days after purchase due to overall mismanagement and lack of care from this dealership. Everything other than my initial call to put a down payment on the car was mismanaged, misleading, and generally a mess of what seem to be lies or overall lack of care in follow-through. On the day I had arranged to drive an hour and fifteen minutes to the dealership to test drive the car, I get a call from the sales guy (when I'm already halfway there) telling me they just found a cracked windshield on the car and I won't be able to pick it up today but they will deliver it tomorrow. Not worth turning around, so I continue on my way... I test drive the car, all seems fine. We discuss price, and the sales guy is adamant they just spent $500 on service for the car plus now it needs the new windshield. Reasonable, so I go through with it with the assurance they'll provide the service records. Finance guy tries to have me sign all of the paperwork, including the actual title, without ever discussing what the rates or totals of the financing will be. When I bring it up, the rates are higher than I expect and he points to my (less than ideal) credit score and shamingly says, "well here's why." I had been unemployed for a couple months prior to the purchase so expected a dip in my score, but I did not expect that kind of treatment. Overall didn't make much of a difference on a low price car, so I continue to purchase. Delivery doesn't happen the following day, because they ordered the wrong windshield and "just can't believe" there were two different versions. They will deliver the next day... Delivery happens the 2nd day after purchasing the car, but on examination I notice it's at least 1-2 quarts low on oil. Given this is a turbo motor, that is highly concerning especially as it was just driven 70+ miles. Car was to be delivered with the service records, which obviously didn't happen. Low oil and no proof of services they "completed" means the services didn't happen... I call the dealership multiple times over 5-6 weeks before the sales guy tries telling me, "We were too busy to do the service so a shop down the street did it. I'll get the records from them this afternoon." Obviously a blatant lie... I never receive the records and when I tell the sales guy I'll be writing a thorough review he says, "You know what, go ahead! *CLICK*" This place is a joke and will do whatever they can to save money at the ultimate expense of their customers. Unfortunately I commended the sales guy on his "salesman of the month" award from a prior month. Spoke too soon... Classic "stealership" in my opinion.

The customer-facing side of the experience was excellent. The service advisors were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. No complaints there at all. My concern is with the inspection findings and the repair estimate on my 2014 Nissan Titan. The report stated that my headers/manifolds are leaking and that the vehicle would fail PA inspection. However, the notes also included language like "believe B1 and B2 headers are cracked," "advise diagnosis to confirm," and "cannot prove/disprove." That reads as uncertainty, not a confirmed diagnosis. There was also inconsistency with another item (RF strut), which was initially flagged as leaking, but later noted as possibly just cleaned off and not verifiable. That makes it difficult to fully trust the inspection results. Additionally, the report mentioned a heavy exhaust smell under the hood, but after picking up the truck, I did NOT notice any smell in or around the engine bay. Even my mechanics at my Army unit verified that they cannot see or smell anything. My issue is not that problems were identified--it's that a significant repair estimate was provided without clear, verifiable proof to support the findings. Recommendation (this would make a huge difference): Provide customers with photos, videos, or documented visual evidence of the issue (cracks, leaks, soot, etc.). This is a simple but powerful practice. I've experienced this firsthand with Tony Nissan in Honolulu, where they send pictures and videos during inspections. It builds trust, removes doubt, and helps customers make informed decisions quickly. Without that level of transparency, it's hard to justify moving forward with major repairs based on notes that appear uncertain. Bottom line: - Customer service: Outstanding - Mechanical assessment transparency: Needs significant improvement I would recommend getting a second opinion from a trusted mechanic unless clear visual proof is provided.

Told them the evening I purchased vehicle headlights were messed up flickering. Brought said vehicle back several times (7). 1st time they replaced a headlight assembly at my cost, yes my cost after telling them before purchase of allthe water in headlight. Replaced but didn't fix flickering. Drove said vehicle to Buffalo and back and headlights went out at night in a rain storm and would not turn back on. Happened 2 or 3 more times after....Brought vehicle back 2nd time. They replaced key fob . Still does it. So brought vehicle back for a third time. They checked wiring added some grounds. Still did it. Brought it back fourth time for two weeks and they replaced alternator. Still did it lights flickering and going out. By this time it became very dangerous and opted out driving vehicle at night. Brought back 5th time. Not sure what they did but said it was fixed again. It was not. Brought in for the 6th time then 7th time and they had an engineer come out and look at it. They replaced the TIPM. They brought said vehicle back to me and said it was fixed yet again. Nope. Bryan the owner used service manager as messenger boy giving him my loan info, had him call me a few times and told him he will buy vehicle back but for 4-5 thousand less than I paid into it. I didn't buy this vehicle off the service manager and Bryan had no business giving out my details of my loan info to him. That's the finance dept job. The owner could've called ME as I bought the vehicle off him. I've been tossed around to several people over there and they have no clue what's going on. Brandon had offered me to get out of said vehicle into another one a few months back but had nothing on lot and was going to keep an eye out at auctions and inventory. Well that got forgotten about I bet shortly after that conversation. Meanwhile they decided to throw more parts at said vehicle. Now they are mad because they invested a ton of money into vehicle and have the same outcome. I would suggest going to another dealership as there are many around and stay clear of this crap hole. Their only interest is selling you a vehicle and then go figure it out yourself. No communication there what so ever and Bryan didn't have a clue the past 4 months of what was going on until I submitted a complaint to the BBB and State Attorney General office. Place is a joke and it shows. I've dealt with the general manager there also only to find out he has a rap sheet of defrauding a dealership and had I known this I would've stayed away indefinitely. Good thing I don't have kids. If I had not purchased this vehicle and someone else did that had kids they would probably be even more upset than me. So if you want to purchase an incomplete unsafe vehicle then go here. Hopefully this will not happen to anyone else. If you had to use their service dept more than twice for the same problem I'd suggest going to another place. And yes I know electrical problems are harder to fix but 7 times?
