The customer-facing side of the experience was excellent. The service advisors were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. No complaints there at all. My concern is with the inspection findings and the repair estimate on my 2014 Nissan Titan. The report stated that my headers/manifolds are leaking and that the vehicle would fail PA inspection. However, the notes also included language like "believe B1 and B2 headers are cracked," "advise diagnosis to confirm," and "cannot prove/disprove." That reads as uncertainty, not a confirmed diagnosis. There was also inconsistency with another item (RF strut), which was initially flagged as leaking, but later noted as possibly just cleaned off and not verifiable. That makes it difficult to fully trust the inspection results. Additionally, the report mentioned a heavy exhaust smell under the hood, but after picking up the truck, I did NOT notice any smell in or around the engine bay. Even my mechanics at my Army unit verified that they cannot see or smell anything. My issue is not that problems were identified--it's that a significant repair estimate was provided without clear, verifiable proof to support the findings. Recommendation (this would make a huge difference): Provide customers with photos, videos, or documented visual evidence of the issue (cracks, leaks, soot, etc.). This is a simple but powerful practice. I've experienced this firsthand with Tony Nissan in Honolulu, where they send pictures and videos during inspections. It builds trust, removes doubt, and helps customers make informed decisions quickly. Without that level of transparency, it's hard to justify moving forward with major repairs based on notes that appear uncertain. Il never forget, we took my son to buy his first car. We went to Montrose because he saw a car he liked. The salesman came up to us and started to go over things with us, then asked my son for his license - which he gave them. They ran a credit check without asking us( even though if they would have asked, we were cosigning the loan to get him started) snd the salesman promply deserted us. my daughter had an oil change at another place. on the highway for two hours when the oil plug fell out. since it's a Nissan had it towed to montross Nissan in hermitage. they were wonderful. pushed the car in. checked it out and replace oil and plug. they couldn't have been nicer. the price was very reasonable and they got it done in a timely manner. great service read more

I highly recommend that if you are considering this dealership, RUN THE OTHER WAY. I would have rather went and picked a car from a junk yard than go here.. You probably would get better customer service talking to a wall. The internet sales department promises you things that they cannot fulfill. The internet sales manager, Bryan Cloud, didn't return my calls for two weeks. I called every day for him. Spoke with multiple people who said they would call me back or get Bryan to call me. Leasing managers, the GM, sales managers, customer service managers, etc and NONE of them helped and never returned my calls. They didn't ever call back. And when I finally got to speak to him, he called me a liar, told me I only heard what I wanted to hear, said my problem is not his (even though his team was the issue), was real nasty and didn't correct the mistakes his employees made. Told he would fire his employee, Gregory, if it made me feel better. And I asked why would you fire someone you feel like didn't do any wrong? I asked for a copy of the phone call with Gregory since Bryan was calling me a liar and he said "it's my data you aren't getting anything." Bryan hung up on me in the middle of our conversation and had his employees stop answering my calls. He purposely talked on his cellphone so the call couldn't be recorded hence why he was so nasty and mean. HE IS THE MANAGER AND DIRECTOR OF HIS DEPARTMENT AND THAT'S HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE. If you ever get a call from Gregory or Ryan in the internet sales department HANG UP. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to come into the shop. I was told that They can lower the value of a car to cover my miles that were over and keep me in a range I was comfortable paying and that was a lie!! They knew my exact situation and still fed me lies even when I said I didn't want to come out and waste my time if nothing could be done. They do not take responsibility for the things they say and the promises they can't make but instead blame the customer for "misunderstanding". The sales team did nothing to help me and said the internet sales team isn't their department and oh well their hands are tied (but work hand in hand with the internet sales team). The service department sucks too! Will tell you on the phone something is covered under warranty and still charge you! I've contacted corporate. Montrose nissan should either clean house or shut down. This was the first time I went to montrose and it will be the last time. OK I never write reviews but I needed to let people know this place is awful. Took a test drive in a BMW. Told them I liked it but it needed a few minor things done and I would buy it. Told him please do not sell it behind my back. He said they would fix it and call me asap. Got an email 36 hours later saying my financing needs a cosigner. Then 1 hour later the internet salesman calls and said it was sold. First of all I never gave him anything to start a credit app. Second of all I have a 836 FICO. Visited the dealership 4-24-17 after my wife made an appointment. They told her, even though we have terrible credit. Once there the credit Mgr. would not talk to us in person. Salesman Adam was the go between. Finally telling us $1500 down and they can get us a vehicle. 4-26-17 their ad on television says $29 down and $99 a month all credits approved!! What gives? Please don't take your car here to get work done. My car has been there for over THREE WEEKS. THE BIGGEST HASSLE IVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY. I don't know how this place is for buying cars, but dear god please don't take it here to get serviced. First I waited a week just for a part to come in, then a mechanic called off (apparently only one guy knew what he was really doing with my car) so when another mechanic tried picking up the job, they lost two bolts that they had to then special order (WHICH ENDED UP BEING THE WRONG SIZE WTF). Every single time I call (if I can even get ahold of them and not disconnected) they say "It'll be ready to pick up tomorrow for sure" and literally never is. Something always comes up to where the car isn't ready to be picked up. Currently on hold for 15 minutes just to get an update on my car. They always say "We'll update you the next day on the car by phone call" and NEVER CALL. I have literally never bothered wasting my time complaining about an experience with a company but this has just done it for me. PLEASE don't take your car here to get work done, you will regret it. I went to look at a 370z back in 2014. I had a 2012 Maxima they we're interested in me trading in. I made the mistake of telling them my street address and to this day I get mail in offers for a trade on the Nissan. I sold the Nissan in 2015...it's 2018 now. I called and asked them to remove me from their mail list and I was assured it would be fixed. Nope. They still send me things every month or two. I've now called and requested that I be removed from their listing or I'd just have the postmaster reject their mail. I swear to God they are sending me mail now without return addresses. Worst experience ever. Purchased a 2009 bmw from this dealership to only find out after the fact that it had been in multiple accidents and had extensive body work done (incorrectly might I add). Recall issues weren't taken care of when I purchased the car and I had to spend thousands at a bmw dealer on repairs. This dealer needs to spend more time reviewing the vehicles they take in on trade and being more honest about the vehicles their selling (I.e . Disclosing known problems and accidents). Sad that I even have to give this place one star- that it certainly does not deserve. WORST place ever. If you can buy your car elsewhere, I'd advice it. This will be long but I suggest reading bc once you hear this story you'll never go there. Purchased a used Nissan Pathfinder from them. Two days later it started to burn oil on a cold start. Took it back to them to get repaired (even tho at this point we knew what was wrong and didn't want to bother with the repair just wanted out of this car). Anyways, took them the car THEY WOULDNT EVEN GIVE US A RENTAL, they said "they didn't have any left". They had the car for THREE days and we heard not one word from them. We would call them, and never heard back. It actually took us having to drive 30 min there to get some answers. We go there and the used car manager was very ignorant and so unprofessional. He talked to us in the middle of the hallway in front of other employees and customers, instead of taking us to his office to talk privately. He told my husband that "he wasn't a mechanic" bc he insisted my husband was wrong when he suggested it was the valve stem seals. The manager swore up and down we can take the car back bc it was "fixed". We gave in and waited 20 minutes for a lady to come back and tell us NEVER MIND the car was still burning oil on a cold start and that the car actually wasn't fixed!!! Do you think the manager ever showed his face again to apologize? NO. We leave, wait three more days, to find out they finally decided it really was the valve stem seals and instead of fixing the problem they were letting us get out of this car and get another one. We settled on an Acadia. This all happened in December. And where is the Acadia today? IN THE SHOP. This place does not care what kind of used vehicles they are selling you. We were so disgusted we didn't even bother taking it back to montrose. The only good thing about this place was Dave, the man who sold us the car. Without him being so kind and attentive, we would have taken legal actions. DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE. Use extreme caution if you shop Montrose Nissan. I don't recommend anyone buy there, if you do, bring a calculator just in case they make mistakes with the addition on the offers. I shopped there in April of 17. I went there with the mind set of trading two of my vehicles in for a new truck they had advertised on the internet. The first offer came to me and the truck was priced $8000. higher then it was advertised at. Funny, I told them the price it was advertised at, they checked it out and still tried to slide the inflated price by me. The second issue was when they offered me a total of $23,200. for both my trade-ins. $9000 for the first and $14200 for my 2016 Rogue. Once again I checked his math. This time I caught him adding the payoff amount ($10200) for my 2016 Rogue to the price of the truck. I confronted him about it and was told "that's how it's done". He tried to get my 2016 Rogue, with 7800 miles, for $4000, then tried to justify it by saying that's all its worth. They have no shame. Needless to say I kept my Rogue and sold it myself for $17K. It keeps getting worse. Five days after I bought, I got a random letter, handwritten from the sales manager of Montrose offering me up to $24500 for my 2016 Rogue. I sent in a customer survey and within 30 minutes I received a call from the GM of the dealership requesting the names of the person involved with my bad experience. Now for the real insult,,, it was him, the GM that was pulling all the bullshit with me. Once again he tried to play me. They will rip you off anyway possible. I chose to work with this dealership given the close proximity to home for future business such as oil changes, and further inspections etc..This is one of the most unethical dealerships that I have ever dealt with. I found the salesperson to be a person of good character, however that is where it stops. I drive by this place practically everyday, and their inventory sits there for a long time being that they are not willing to work with anyone. Their financial institutions I found to be extremely predatory, and I called them out on it as any man would. I was told to take my business somewhere else. Now there are two sides of the story and there is the truth so believe what you want to believe, however the bottom is that I caught them in their "scam" and I called them out in front of a lot of people.
