He asked the girl who checked us in if she could just let tech know to double check before they give customers wrong info. She pulled the tech aside and told us tell him yourself, so my husband did. Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.

When they asked about it, he said "Those must have been older tires" (he told me he only had the tires we bought in that size. what older tires?) when I asked myself, he said "I never said that" To be fair the tires are at least as good as any I've seen and his final price was only slightly higher than average. Also, he did say that, due to the "misunderstanding," if I took the tires of the car and brought them back he'd give a refund. The problem is here's already lied to me at least twice. Do I invest in new tires elsewhere and trust he will really give the refund? I find it more likely he'll say "I never agreed to that." Luckily they are decent tires because I'm stuck with them for double what was quoted.
