They are well aware the shop manager can do nothing for me. The issue is the ongoing delay in approving repairs and a rental vehicle despite documented internal engine damage caused by this Take 5. At this point, I am seeking resolution at the corporate level, as this is not something the local location can resolve, per the shop manager, Frank. I would appreciate this being escalated accordingly

I started calling around because my brakes were squeaking, just doing price checks like anyone would. RT Barrett Auto Sales was only the second place I called but something about his spirit over the phone made me stop right there. I didn't even feel the need to keep calling other places. That alone says a lot. When I arrived, I was greeted by Ron and his wife, and from that moment on, the energy was nothing but warm, welcoming, and genuine. They were both incredibly kind, and you can just tell they truly love what they do. The shop itself? CLEAN, organized, and comfortable. Not your typical auto shop at all. They had a TV set up, asked what me and my son wanted to watch (my son is autistic, so that meant a lot), and we ended up enjoying SpongeBob and Madagascar together. They also had a fridge stocked with drinks, name-brand snacks like Lays chips, pretzels, and even a big jar of candy. It honestly felt more like a welcoming space than a waiting room. I had full service with oil change, radiator fluid replacement, tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement, automatic transmission fluid replacement, and they checked my AC and lights. They didn't try to rip me off or tell me I needed something that I didn't need or want. They even showed me the condition of the filters and let me know that one didnt need replaced yet. I do not know much about cars....and as a female I have been ripped off quite a bit....especially by dealerships. The cost was no where near as expensive as the dealerships or other mechanic type shops. I am quit satisfied. I will be back for sure.
