They would contact me when parts were in (April 2021). Fast forward 18 months later and still no call from the Wrong Buick in Wexford Pa and a new safety recall card arrived. Called Wrong dealer again and was rudely told we told you we will call you, parts on national backorder. So, I called 1-800 Buick and they hooked me up with North Star who stated they would also call when parts were in. North Star called 2 days later and car was in 3 days after that and repaired. Mini of Pittsburgh used to have excellent service: both sales and service. We've bought 2 cars from…read morethem and for 13 years service was stellar. They contacted us when service was due, the people knew us and are car and when we picked it up it was cleaned and always worked perfectly. But then they grew. And the grew and everything changed. Notifications for service stopped arriving, people left and now when we drop our car off, we see a new person each time who asks "what would you like done to your car?" Now WE must tell THEM what we'd like done--expertise has been delegated to us to decide. Today, when trying to schedule a service the person on the phone took umbrage at my complaint about service and simply hung up on me. Needless to say, we won't be buying another car from this company. When growth causes a decline in service, customers of almost 20 years like us, will leave. Unless Pittsburgh becomes a much larger city, eventually that is bound to adversely affect business.

The bumper was duct taped on to prevent it from falling off, and our inspection was due this month. The trucking company has been ignoring all attempts to reach them. I was told to swing by the day before to talk to Justin, the service foreman, to determine if anything can be done as a stopgap until repairs can be made. Justin came up with a game plan, but he knew he'd be off the when I brought the car in, so he talked to Robert and some other guys who were on that day about the game plan. They agreed that bolting the bumper to the frame would keep it secure and follow inspection requirements. When I showed up to get the work done, Noah was looped into the plan, and the 3 of those guys literally saved my sanity and ability for my daughter and me to get to work while our insurance company now battles with the trucking company. Robert was the guy who made the repair that allowed them to proceed with the inspection. After 11 days of getting ignored and being given the run around by Western Express trucking, I seriously could have hugged all 3 of them and when they lent a hand. My husband and I have always had excellent service from your dealership, but these 3 men went above and beyond yesterday at a time of great need, and I can't thank them enough.

Won't answer calls made by landline, cellphone, their own online chat window or email, all tried on the same weekday during regular open hours. ZERO RESPONSE to a serious safety issue. This is why I left Brewer services years ago, but the new faces and names are using the same policies and toolbox as the old ones. I'm sorry I gave them another chance. If they ever contact me, I'll update with what they were willing to do or make it right. If they can convince me of some integrity I might even delete the review. Edit: they eventually did call back. My wife took the car in to address the safety issues they failed to either own or remedy. Within 1 mile of leaving the service department, my wife driving noticed the hood of the car undulating at 40mph. She pulled over and discovered the hood only secondary latched and not closed all the way. After calling to report this, their rep called u and said "they were never under the hood" so if you you want a picture of what dealing with them will look like, this is it. I'm done with them.

Anytime I'd give a buddy of mine a lift to high school, I'd have to make him crawl across from the driver side to make his way to the passenger seat -- that's if both doors decided to work! My situation during the wintertime was so tight that even my current wedgie seems to be less of a problem. The coffee in the waiting area wasn't bitter like the Mitsubishi dealer's, so that's a plus. However, my car had a mind of its own and often drove off on me while I was on the clock. Like where did it always go?? My Chrysler now is brilliant, because wherever I park it, I can always find it right where I parked it! That's loyalty right there. I can't go back to having a Bowtie on my grille. We had to buy the second one after our first was totaled, but we got to work with Jaison both times, as well as Chester the second time. They also were so helpful in answering all of our questions, and they really cared about my husband and I way beyond the sale. 10/10 would recommend! Also, I've used the "service" side of CarSense and their service is seriously unmatched! Eric and Bill are super nice and patient, and you can be assured that your vehicle is in the best hands. They don't try to sneak extra charges on like many other mechanics will. I love the honesty and integrity that they have, and I always look forward to visiting when my car needs work done. It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work".
