They are absolutely horrible and provided the worst experience I have had in my 20 years of owning…read morecars. I drove my vehicle to them for an inspection, and afterward I was given only two options: either pay to have my vehicle TOWED at my own expense, or spend thousands of dollars on repairs with them. The reason my vehicle could no longer be driven was because they broke a part of the brake system while working on it. What was even more unbelievable was that they refused to accept responsibility for the damage. I simply asked them to fix the part they had broken and return my vehicle to me in safe, drivable condition. They eventually repaired it, but I was still charged for the repair of the part that they had broken. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this place. I also find many of the positive reviews difficult to reconcile with my experience.

My son was home from college and needed his car inspected asap. Called around and this place had…read morean opening in 2 days with other days that week available as well. Dropped his car off and they call to say he needs new back brakes and rotors. My son being in college, decided he would put them on with his dad to save some money. When he picked up the car, he asked when he could bring it back to be re-inspected and the guy said he was booked for the next 3 weeks. In other words, because he wasn't making money, he would not re-do the inspection. Charged my son $50 for nothing, didn't even put an emission sticker on. The car is only 2 years old. I prefer going to a mechanic who doesn't want to take advantage of a college kid.
