Not only were they kind and understanding of the situation we were in as well as taking into account the importance related to getting our car out of an unsafe situation, they genuinely were fast in their response time, understanding of our situation and willing to work with us when we realized that we needed to change where we were going to be towed to. I filed a claim and a man named Tim sent me a photo of my car that his tow guys took before towing my car. He's insisting that the scratch was already there and is visible in the picture he sent to me as evidence. It most certainly is not a scratch, and I even enlarged the photo he sent to show him that whatever he was seeing is a reflection of something in the bumper. In fact, you can see the "scratch" reflected in two different spots on my bumper. Identical images. Despite presenting Tim with this he was unwilling to take responsibility for it and denied my claim. He told me that he didn't have time to argue with me about it and said that nothing I could say or show him would change his mind. To be honest, the damage to my bumper is relatively minor, and the cost to repair it is probably not too much. What is difficult for me to understand is why a company would choose to deny responsibility and risk damaging its reputation over something that could be resolved so easily and inexpensively. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. My vehicle was in your company's care, and the bumper was scratched while you were handling it. I'm simply asking you to take responsibility for the damage and pay the reasonable cost of repairing it. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company handles them. I would have expected your company to recognize that the right thing to do here is straightforward: acknowledge the damage, take responsibility, and repair it. Based on my experience with McGann and Chester I have no choice but to strongly advise that you take your business elsewhere. If you're looking for honesty and integrity, you will not find it here.

Saturday evening, our car battery actually exploded in a parking lot. We called AAA, and the…read moreestimated wait time was three and a half hours, far beyond the one-hour window they have before you're allowed to call your own company. While waiting for the AAA company, we reached out to several other towing services, but no one was available. Then we called Stickles Towing, and the driver was absolutely amazing. He was upfront that he was backed up at least two and a half hours, but he genuinely made an effort to rearrange his route to get to us as soon as possible. He even called to follow up and check if we still needed help. That level of professionalism and care really stood out. Unfortunately, we ended up replacing the battery ourselves in the parking lot at the four-hour mark, but even though this would have been an out-of-pocket service, his dedication and kindness didn't go unnoticed. I can't recommend Stickles Towing enough, they truly care about their customers!

They called Oaks and they came right away with a special tow truck for our 30 foot RV. Tony got her hooked up and took her away, 70 miles! Greg, such a friendly person and knowledgeable about what needed done, a new engine installed! They fixed it in less than 2 weeks, with a very reasonable cost, they could of really took us to the cleaners seeing no one else wanted to work on it. I am very disappointed on the fee that was quoted and the price they charged. they stated it is…read more$95 an hour (also minimum fee). we got our car stuck over the curb in the driveway and it took the driver less than an hour to get it back over the curb (with the use of my jack as well). The bill was $325.00. we called to ask why it was so high, they stated that it was more difficult than expected. NOT sure how difficulty has any to do with $95 an hour price quoted. also the dispatcher hung up on us after stating he had other calls to get without resolving the fee charge. CUSTOMER SERVICE and hidden fees is a reason I would NEVER recommend then to anyone and also advise everyone to call anyone but OAKS
