If your car was towed by Tiffany's Towing, call the Robinson Township Police BEFORE you pay them…read more Under Township of Robinson Code §394-19, a vehicle can only be considered abandoned or removed if it has remained on private property for more than 48 hours without the consent of the property owner. Tiffany's Towing routinely removes vehicles from private property without proper authorization or waiting the legally required 48 hours. This is a violation of the township ordinance. If this happens to you: 1. Call the Robinson Township Police (non-emergency line) before paying any fees. 2. Ask for proof of written consent from the property owner authorizing the tow. 3. Document everything -- photos, time, and names. 4. Do not pay until the police confirm the tow is lawful. Their actions are predatory and exploit people who don't know the local code. Spread the word so no one else becomes a victim

We are from Texas and felt alone and desperate. His tow truck was even nice. He us a professional and one of the best tow experiences I've ever had. As I tried to get the spare tire on, the car rolled off the jack and slammed on the ground (yikes)! I was in a rush and needed help fast because I couldn't get the jack back under the car. So I called Tom, who happened to be the first Google result for a tow. He was literally just down the road and got to me within less than 10 minutes of calling. He knew exactly what to do. He used his MUCH BETTER jack to get my car up and put the spare tire on in maybe 1-2 minutes. I was back on the road and was still EARLY to my appointment. He saved me a world of headache and I could not be more appreciative. I'm keeping his card in my glove box and calling him if anything ever happens again!

Got the follow-up text message coming close to the hour they had promised that it would be ANOTHER hour long wait. Now this time was 11:35 pm. The time for them to arrive at 11:35 p.m. came and went with yet another text that they will now arrive at 12:40 am. WHERE were they towing cars from and to where? Okay...now this is a bit much when you're stranded with no place to go in the middle of the night, and with a 19 month old baby. Now considering you don't speak directly to an agent but are directed via chat that's even more frustrating! I could share the entire flurry of chats with you, but I'll just post this last one: "Your roadside request has been assigned to ADVANTAGE TOWING INC. Their technician should arrive by 2:47 AM. I will send you an update as soon as they are on their way to you." Are YOU kidding me? Middle finget to you Advantage! So, on the phone I go to contact AAA member services--why am I paying for this type of service from an incompetent towing service to NOT show up? Who does this...wait for nearly 5 hours for repeat text messages of they are NOT coming as promised. As far as I'm concerned, it is my feeling they were in a bar somewhere getting plastered and didn't want to be bothered on a Saturday night. Don't expect them to come to assist you if it's a cold winter day. Luckily for us, it was NOT cold, but comfortable waiting in our car chatting for another MORE reliable towing service to send a technician named CJ to the rescue who came and handled the problem in LESS than 10 minutes. It was a security issue under the hood but Advantage would NOT know that because THEY did not have the time! Stay away from "Advantage Towing, INC". Ask AAA who they are sending and if it's them, decline, decline, decline and have them find a more competent service sent your way. We did just that! If I could rate them with 0 stars, that is what they do deserve. But in order for me to leave a review, you apparently have to pick at least 1 star. WHERE is the "0" I really want to leave? They are HORRIBLE and not worth you taking the chance they will come when they initially say they will. Maybe they were busy towing cars from a business or an establishment where people were out having a good time only to find their car gone when they got to it, I don't know, but stay away if you value your time. I don't have pictures I want to share only the text messages that were repeatedly sent to me for the first 3 hours. Enough is ENOUGH!
