As I tried to get the spare tire on, the car rolled off the jack and slammed on the ground (yikes)! I was in a rush and needed help fast because I couldn't get the jack back under the car. So I called Tom, who happened to be the first Google result for a tow. He was literally just down the road and got to me within less than 10 minutes of calling. He knew exactly what to do. The last thing I wanted to do was wait hours for a tow truck. AAA said they would send someone from 'Brighton' and I thought 'Oh god, I can't wait to review these guys...' since I had seen other reviews. Well, less than an hour after I called- Sean shows up and is as friendly as could be. He analyzes the situation and decides on a plan of action. In maybe 5 minutes my car went from parking lot to bed of a flatbed with him being extra careful to secure it down. It has aluminum rims so he strapped it down in the back with those nylon/cloth straps & ratchets it down. I hop into the cab, air conditioner already on, cab cleaner than most of my friends' cars, aside from some extra dust, and away we go... I know customer service can vary by 180 degrees, and maybe I should just be rating Sean, but that's basically what I am doing. If I need another tow, I'm going to request him. And for those that might doubt the authenticity of my review- check me out. I'm real, I'm Yelp Elite, I write LOTS of reviews, and I'm pretty damn fair in my ratings.
