As I tried to get the spare tire on, the car rolled off the jack and slammed on the ground (yikes)! I was in a rush and needed help fast because I couldn't get the jack back under the car. So I called Tom, who happened to be the first Google result for a tow. He was literally just down the road and got to me within less than 10 minutes of calling. He knew exactly what to do. He used his MUCH BETTER jack to get my car up and put the spare tire on in maybe 1-2 minutes. I was back on the road and was still EARLY to my appointment. I called our insurance beforehand to make sure they'd cover the fees and they did. When we found our car was totaled, they emptied our vehicle and put all our stuff in bags for us to pick up before insurance took the car away. They were honest and every single penny in every corner of the car was included in these bags. They were nice, and while I'm sure they charge more than other companies for a tow and repair due to the convenience of having them at the crash site, I didn't have to worry about any of it: they dealt directly with insurance.
