"Is it good enough" - I took my vehicle here for repair after my neighbor backed into my car. I had used them before and previously they had done a great job. However, that is no longer the case. They are too busy to stand behind their work. Paint looked like a red orange peel and when questioned the first time they said they would take care of fixing. When I returned two days later nobody wanted to talk to me. I had to go inside and force them to come look at the paint job. Their manager said he would take care of it and it would only take them 20 minutes. I guess it proved too difficult because when they showed me the car, he said he'd buy me a coke if I could point out the problem he wasn't happy with. I pointed out three areas that still showed the bad paint... and never received my coke. All I got was two desperate people asking me if it was "good enough". I guess the guarantee they offer on fit, and finish is only for "good enough". In the future I recommend someone actually inspecting their own work and if it's not right don't have someone show up to be disappointed. Fix it right and if the paint is not right fix it before you reassemble the car. Have some pride in what you do!... "Good enough" should not be in the vocabulary of a repair shop that stands behind their work. read more

Accidents happen such is life even to the most careful drivers. About 3 weeks ago after my ice skid accident into a guardrail I was able to safely drive my vehicle here for a preliminary estimate. Wolbert's accepts car insurance claims and with my company they are on the preferred list. The staff was extremely warm and friendly. I was given a preliminary estimate and they were able to schedule me three days later. They told me it would take two days to complete the work. I deferred the repair until after Holy week since the car was drive able. I took the car in yesterday and got a complimentary ride home. You are given a website link with your estimate so you can check the progress of your repair. This helps greatly when there is "hidden" damage. In my case there were two other pieces needed. I was a little apprehensive as to how long it would take to get those pieces but they had them the next day. I got called mid afternoon letting me know my card was ready. They came and picked me up. I settled the deductible and the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome as I waited for them to bring my car back to me. They also gave me the final estimate which would be turned into insurance so I would know the exact amount of the claim. They offered me free soft drink from the refrigerator. I loved looking at the three turtles they had acquired that had grown and were sitting on their train tracks. I should note that Wolbert's does not use genuine dealer parts which is a requirement when filing a claim with my company. Since the work being done was cosmetic and they also verified I had no mechanical damage I was grateful. The front of the car looked like it never hit anything. Also, they offer free complimentary car wash with your repair. For me that is helpful no matter what the weather because the undercarriage is what really is important when getting the car cleaned. My insurance company has warranted the repairs lifetime outside of normal wear and tear. I've used their services years ago and remembered how pleased I was with them. I feel a lot better having my own car back so I can drive again. Located on East Crafton Ave near Sarafino's they are open weekdays only. Also, note that if you arrange a rental then they will have the company bring that car to you at their business and will have them pick it up from there when the work is completed. read more

I've always loved their customer service. HOWEVER, I will not use them again. Yesterday I went in for a minor issue, and the two ladies at the front desk only put on their masks when they saw me enter. (Today I was told that's their policy - they don't bother masking up for their coworkers.) The man sitting two feet behind them was unmasked. Multiple unmasked technicians walked through the area. My choices were to wait outside in 30 degree weather, or risk my life sitting in a closed room where nobody bothers to wear a mask. So I left. Mask up, folks. This isn't a joke. Took my 5 year old car here for a detail and oil change. Dropped it off the night before they had it done by 2:30PM the next day. Five stars and a bravo to Wolbert's! I came here for an estimate recommended by insurance and they seemed nice so I decided to have my car repaired here as well. I called and set up an appointment. When I came in to drop off, at 9am Thursday, they called the rental car place for me to pick me up. (Little story)As we waited for the rental we were surprised and amused by their electric powered train set and pond. My son dropped a couple toy cars in the pond and I went and retrieved them. Well upon doing so I brushed up on a turtle! They have 6 turtles I believe! Anyway... The next day (Friday) at 4pm we got a call that the car was done! Well the repair looks flawless and not only that, but they washed my car! And not just the outside, but the inside as well! My back window hasn't looked so clear in a long time! This place is an absolute breath of fresh air. I had a problem with my door not locking or opening from the inside. I talked to three Ford dealers, none of them would see me in a timely manner. I have nothing bad to say about Wolbert Auto Body! As someone who knows nothing about cars or car repairs, I must admit that a visit to an auto body shop is full of comments making me feel like I'm a total idiot. They were very nice, did not make me feel like I had no idea what was going on, and were incredibly easy to work with. They also had a great relationship with Enterprise and made the process of renting a car simple and stress free. My insurance covered most repairs, but from what I could see, everything was pretty fairly priced. I highly recommend them for any car needs ... I had a bizarre pothole accident that dented the passengers side floor and pulled it away from the frame. We were leaving to drive halfway across country and I was worried. But the VERY NICE people at Wolbert's fixed it quickly and properly at a very good price. It wasn't an easy fix either. The seat, trim, and carpet had to be removed before the floor could be fixed and welded back into place. They will be first on my list next time I need auto work. read more

Excellent service. The staff are very honest with you! I went there first time when I scratched the bumper of my 6 month old car and I was all freaked out and almost in tears. The person that quoted me for the paint job told me "You know it is going to stay just like that for 10 years even if you don't "fix" it, right?" A week later, I got over the scratch and decided not to get the bumper painted. I appreciate that honesty! I did go back there to get my annual inspection and got excellent service again! read more

Within 2 minutes of getting there, Bob was already greeting me and we were on our way to my car. His kindness, patience, and professionalism were extremely calming. Not even a year after having body work done at this shop and the replacement parts began to rust. Not sure if this is typical of body work but, it is a little unsettling. Had the passengers side back fender replaced and it's rusting faster then the original part in the opposite side that is easily 7 years older and shows no signs of deterioration at all. Again... ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Should you EVER be given an estimated time for a service to be completed DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BELIEVE WHAT YOU ARE TOLD! Estimate on sheet, 2 hours to repair problem that they previously, and ineffectively, corrected less than a month prior. This is a fix to the initial fix they first completed. Which is, in and of itself, horribly unacceptable. Upon dropping car off was told by lady at desk by fish pond in waiting room...and I quote... The service men said TWO hours, but it might just take Four. Ok, so car APPOINTMENT WAS AT 8 and was dropped of at 8 am...I'll survive, in the middle of nowhere and nothing, until noon. Left, got a ride to another business, FINALLY at 1 pm when I heard nothing back...FIVE hours later...called to ask what the hold up was and was THEN told... "They are working on it, it SHOULD be finished by the end of the day" keep in mind that the end of the day is 5 pm...which is NINE HOURS later, than it SHOULD BE DONE! The CORRECTION to the issue that they had previously fixed poorly. I have never been more furious and disgusted by a business in my entire life. I am giving ZERO stars and am alerting the masses on social media, to never EVER use this business. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everything about what I've experienced with this event has been nothing short of a nightmare. There is absolutely ZERO reason that an 8 am appointment for a correction to a previous appointment that was CLEARLY advised would take 2 hours, should EVER take 8 hours.
