The scheduling, service and customer service was great. I was able to get in the day after I called and it only took 30 min to replace my windshield. When I called, the owner said it would be $395 + tax and that I would have to pay a $100 deposit when confirming the appointment. What he didn't say was that I would have to pay 3% charge for my credit card. There was no other option available when prompted to confirm on my phone. I'm not saying this place was bad, but if you are shopping around for prices, this is a more expensive option. read more

I had an emergency in winter for car window motor replacement, as the window was stuck down in the door. Even though I had a bad attitude about my misfortune and that may had reflected in my call, they found space and scheduled me for the next day. They let me know service may take 1 hour, but it took about 20 minutes. It was a bit more expensive than expected although that can partially be attributed to how expensive car parts are. I needed a full replacement on the windshield of our Nissan after a bit of OP gravel did massive damage. After learning from our insurance we'd have to pay a $1,000 deductible, I shopped around. I found Casey at Xtreme Autoglass via Yelp and he quoted me nearly a hundred dollars below Safelite. Needless to say, I booked quickly. Casey walked me through the work he would do and finished quickly and expertly. He even showed me where my glass had been replaced before which was news to me. I'm very pleased with the work they've done and relieved to have saved a good bit of money on the repair. I'd only make a note that the signage in the parking lot isn't the most obvious and I was a little hesitant that I was in the right place but it's well worth the trip and the price! read more

I needed my passenger rear vent window completely replaced after someone vandalized my car and smashed the window to pieces. These guys were really fast and came right to my place of employment and replaced it while I was at work. The pricing was about the same as the quote that I got from Safelite, so I think it was pretty reasonable for a smaller business. I would absolutely recommend. read more

The second was for the driver's side window that wouldn't work due to an old mechanism that needed to be replaced (a job he completed the same day I called for a quote on it). I requested Casey and team to install graphics on my brand new truck. I purchased the graphics on etsy and just needed them put on. Simple stripes that require wet application per the seller and I informed Casey. When I went to puck up my truck, the first thing Casey said was "they look like crap" and blamed the material and proceeded to charge new $200. After closer inspection it was clear that the installation was wrong. No issues on the hood except the graphics themselves looked to be a hair off (they never called me before installing, about quality or ability to fit). On the tailgate, Casey said they didn't do the wet method, which cause air bubbles and on top of that, they didn't line the graphics up correctly at all and that is why they had the problem. Poor customer service, poor craftsmanship. I would NOT recommend. read more

YALL. Got my windshield replaced, it was very easy and fair priced and took an hour flat. A few years later, on New Year's Eve I noticed a crackling sound. I googled "new windshield crackling sound" and read extensively about new windshield knocking against the dashboard mounts and making an annoying sound for the rest of the life of the car. I emailed Casey the next morning, New Years Day, to ask if I could come in the NEXT day and have him take a look at it. 20 minutes later, he called me and drove to my house to check the windshield out himself. On New Year's Day. We hopped in the car and drove around the block. Casey heard the sound, opened the window, and reached up on the roof and pulled off the piece of tape that had been holding the windshield in place, that I had forgotten to remove. The noise ended immediately. Half of the tape had frozen and was clattering against the roof, causing the sound. I was mortified, but Casey just laughed and said it was no problem. A kind person who is good at their job is a rarity in this world, and though I hope I don't need to replace another windshield, if I do I'm definitely going to Casey. read more
