A couple of weeks ago I met with Philipp's owner, Domenic Donnangelo, who was not only the nicest guy, he was also thoughtful, honest, and knowledgeable in his recommendations, which were based on options that would save me money. The work took 2-1/2 days, I was charged the exact amount that was estimated and extremely reasonable, and when I went to pick up the car Domenic walked me around it and pointed out what work was performed. They had even touched up some tiny problem areas that I hadn't noticed before. AND--they washed the car, exterior and interior. My car looked beautiful. I am so glad I called AutoGlass Discounters next. I called them, they answered immediately,and then we made an appointment for a day later, fitting with my availability. They gave me a quote on the spot for my Honda Civic's rear quarter panel replacement and checked to see they had it in stock. They let me know they'd meet me at my house. The day of the appointment, they called me to say they could come earlier to my house if I wanted, which was great, though I kept the original time due to my availability. The repairperson Thomas was very prompt, very polite and professional. He easily found the meeting spot I asked him to meet me at. It was a very hot summer day, and we were in the dead of the sun, but Thomas made it go by easy by being so well-natured and making me laugh. He fixed the quarter panel and reassembled everything back together again and vacuumed out the broken glass from the back of my car.
