I went for my free inspection this morning and…read moreI was told that my vehicle would not pass because of a left front strut and an exhaust valve cover. this didn't make sense to me because I had just had the starter replaced 3 weeks ago and the mechanic told me the exhaust valve cover was a slight issue but would definitely pass inspection. the cost to fix it was $1100 and they kindly told me I could apply for a gmc credit card and get $250 off this price. I told them no and immediately took the car to another shop. the car passed inspection in less than an hour without any issues! apparently the free inspection is offered so the service department can fleece you when you get there. I will be reporting this to Penn dot and the PA attorney general.

Everyone was super nice and coming over to get a pet in, Ghost my weimaraner, was impressed with the waiting area and awesome customer service. I used to go to Rhoric where I bought my car, but they were nasty to me on several occasions, mainly just one you cocky customer service guy.
