Took my half ton pickup to Huston Ford of Huntingdon, Pa to have 4 tires mounted and balanced and a…read morefront wheel alignment done. Service manager gave me the bill and said it was $224.00. I explained the alignment was quoted over the phone as $90, so that leaves the 4 tires that I PURCHASED PRIOR so they were not involved in the cost. The mount & balance of the 4 tires was $134. I said why so much, and the manager said because they are over size tires. I then explained that my half ton pickup is 100% factory, meaning no big wheels, no lift kits, no wheel spacers, or any other thing after market. The tires I bought were the exact same size that came from the factory. So how could they charge me for over size tires. The manager walked in the back for a minute and came back out and said that he would lower the bill. He was nice enough to take $14 dollars off, haha what a joke. I will never go there again or recommend.

The help number was completely useless and told me they can't help with lockouts on weekends. I got in touch with Bob, who responded within 10 minutes on a Saturday morning. I sent a photo of the lock to Bob and he was able to identify it as a high security lock that would not be openable without major damage to it. Bob went out of his way to contact apartment management through multiple phone calls, and got someone with a master key to help me out. Mind you this happened on a Saturday morning and I wasn't charged a dime. Would highly recommend Bob.

On the night of 12/23/24, when the temperature was going down to 8 degrees, my elderly father, had…read morea flat tire going over the mountain. He was at least 45 minutes from home. He called AAA and was told he was 5th in line to speak to someone. He waited until he was 2nd in line, and then he was disconnected. AAA never called him back. He called AAA again, and was told he was now 9th in line. He was afraid his phone battery would die while waiting on hold, so he called my elderly mother, who called AAA, waited on hold a long time, and was disconnected. No one called her back. I called AAA, waited on hold for 45 minutes, and was disconnected. I also called again and chose an option to leave a voicemail, which I did. No ever called me back for either of my calls. By this time my elderly father had spent a couple of hours or more sitting on the side of the road, on the side of the mountain in the dark on a bitterly cold night. I tried calling a tow company in the area, but they said I had to go through AAA. Finally we were able to get neighbors to go get my father and bring him home. They had to leave his car by the side of the road on the side of the mountain in the dark. We're lucky it wasn't hit, broken into or stolen. If he hadn't been in a place where there were neighbors to help him, he could have frozen to death, been hit or ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. The reason my parents pay for AAA is to have help in a situation like this, but AAA did nothing but waste hours of our time that night. Since then AAA has refused to say, when asked, what steps they are taking to prevent this kind of problem from happening again.
