They are super nice and respectful, not intimidating, fair, and fast. They do GREAT WORK and they will not charge you and arm and a leg to do it. Because they are located at the corner of 25th and Carson, you can kill time at the nearby South Side Works. They wanted $1100 to fix all of that in order to pass the inspection. I told them to fail the inspection and took it to an independent mechanic. The independent mechanic welded and fixed the exhaust (without replacing it) and checked the rotors (which were fine) and passed the state inspection and emissions test. He was able to do this all for $200. Do not go here. They will overprice you so much. They will exaggerate any issues that are on your car and try to make unnecessary notifications.

If they had at least texted or called to let me know that plans had changed, I would have had ample time to reschedule the appointment with a different mechanic and not miss my road trip. These guys might be skilled at what they do, but their terrible communication and lack of respect for a customer's time made this one of my worst service experiences ever.

I asked them to install it as it was included in my price. They did the repair on drivers side. 3. Contacted Kilkeary's strip technician Tim C. Asked to replace a bumper stripS on my 2018 SHELBY GT 350 BU,PER STRIPES ONLY. Washington Ford recommended Kilkeary's so I called them. We agreed on a price to remove and reinstall bumper stripes only ($250). After 3 hours,he couldn't get the bumper off or the glue. He had no Rapid Remover liquid gel to remove the glue but did have a heat gun. He asked me to remove it, which I did and I removed the glue with my own Rapid Remover liquid! He came back and installed the stripes in 1 hour but refused to reduce his price because he still gave me 3 hours OF USELESS REMOVAL! He ONLY DID 1 USEFUL HOUR AND DID MY OWN REMOVAL! It's not my fault he failed! Criminal! I gave him an out by reducing his price but he wouldn't do it! Buyer beware! Check everything!!! I have pictures if you'd like to see them.

The tail light was also sticking out as well. I'm horrified that this passed their final inspection and I'm wondering if all these great reviews are just robots?!
