He quickly did a patch job to reconnect them and my car was drivable (at least for the time being). While waiting for the AAA company, we reached out to several other towing services, but no one was available. Then we called Stickles Towing, and the driver was absolutely amazing. He was upfront that he was backed up at least two and a half hours, but he genuinely made an effort to rearrange his route to get to us as soon as possible. He even called to follow up and check if we still needed help. That level of professionalism and care really stood out. Unfortunately, we ended up replacing the battery ourselves in the parking lot at the four-hour mark, but even though this would have been an out-of-pocket service, his dedication and kindness didn't go unnoticed.
