My sister recently took her car in for a repair and our lovely, involuntary, state inspection. Not only was the service fast and efficient, but the prices were so low I thought I was seeing things... and I probably was, but that's my therapist's problem. Anyhow, when we told them about a weird noise the car was making, they replied, "Oh, that's just the ghost of your old alternator coming back to haunt you." I laughed, they laughed, the car laughed, and then we stalled the car. All in all, I highly recommend Morrow's to anyone in need of some car TLC. They're affordable, efficient, and akin to the Pittsburgh Auto Ghostbusters - what more could you want in a mechanic?

I dropped my car off and they looked at it right away. To my relief, they explained that my car was fine and why the grinding was happening. While I waited, they turned the TV on for me and had a very nice waiting area. They didn't even charge me for looking at the car--I know other shops would have or would have tried to replace the brakes. I will be returning!

Long story short- they gave me a full detailed estimate for everything- detailing all parts and labor. Once the car was in, they updated my progress throughout the day (with pics!) and they completed all the work in one (long) day. Final price was almost the exact estimate, plus a fuel cleaner, extra fluid and a small 'shop supplies' percentage. Upon driving the car out, I could feel immediate improvement and even picked up improved gas mileage (noticed on a 350 mile drive the next day- finished with just under a 1/4 tank remaining). It's literally has no more low-rpm vibration/rough idle and is smooth across the full rev range. I waited 50K to perform this service and will definitely be back every 30K from here on out.
