Their mistakes cost me twice--once for their sloppy work, and again to have a real shop fix it…read more Don't fall for the cheaper price. You'll pay for it later. Last March, I went to Hetrick's for a rear rattle (likely a shock mount) and a locking brake. They replaced the shocks--wrong fix--and didn't touch the actual problem. The noise never fully went away. For the brakes, they just added lubricant, which only worked for a few months. To top it off, the new shocks were installed incorrectly and are now shot. $500+ wasted to them, plus hundreds more today to replace their work.

There were different people working the desk, and not the two I am most familiar with (The guy that looks like "Wolverine," and the nice woman). Not sure if they moved on or not, but I liked them. I recently brought my truck in for an inspection, and I needed some work done to get it passed. It took a few days to get everything fixed. Thankfully they gave me a loaner car, which really helped. After passing inspection, I noticed a few days later when it started to rain, that my windshield wiper blade was torn. It was in good working order prior to entering the shop. Usually I receive a text after a service asking me if things were to my satisfaction, and I was going to tell them about my wiper blade then, but no text ever came. More than likely, I will still come here for tires/alignment/etc., but not sure if I wanna come back for inspection/service. P.S. In my original review, I mentioned Campiti's Pizza was within walking distance, and sadly, they have gone out of business. There is a Mexican Restaurant nearby that you can walk to, and a Sheetz for something to eat/do while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Half a Cheer!!!

When I asked why an employee had me tow the car to the shop yesterday for spacers he accused me of having an attitude and told me "You can come pick up your car if your going to have an attitude." To which I responded by beginning to record the conversation. Long story short. This my first time using Brice Brothers. Jesse was thoroughly unprofessional. I expected better communication from a shop this size.
