I had a very poor experience with Caliber Collision. My vehicle stayed there for 43 days for a…read morerelatively minor accident, and throughout the process communication was extremely bad. I rarely received updates unless I personally called to ask. When they told me the vehicle was ready, it still had sensor warning lights on, paint defects on the bumper, and improper installation issues. The accident damage was originally on the right side, but after their repair work the left side of my vehicle now has a noticeable uneven gap between the bumper and headlight that did not exist before. When I brought this up, they blamed the aftermarket part instead of taking responsibility. However, even the insurance adjuster confirmed that aftermarket parts still must be installed and aligned correctly. The repair quality, attention to detail, and accountability were extremely disappointing.
