I needed an inspection, tires, brakes etc.. I was quoted one price when approving the work needing done. When they called to tell me it was ready for pickup, I was told that one of the parts wasn't needed so they took that off the bill. You can imagine my surprise!!! We took our Tesla to this shop to have our bumper and taillight fixed after we were hit while parked in a parking lot. We came to pick up our car only to discover they fixed the bumper but reinstalled the damaged taillight and put a hole in one of our brand new tires. When approached about the taillight and tire, they made an excuse about the taillight and blamed the tire on Tesla. read more

I wish I could leave negative stars. Avoid this place at all costs. If your insurance company pushes you to go here - fight back. I took my 2105 4Runner to Mascari to repair some damage from a branch falling on my vehicle. The windshield was broken, the post next to the windshield was scratched and starting to rust, the hood and fender were dented, and a headlight was cracked. I didn't mind waiting the 5 weeks for parts and the work to be done. I just wanted it done right. Upon pickup, it was raining and I didn't get a chance to do a thorough inspection until I got home. Once I did, I saw that the entire driver's side door had pitting all though the clearcoat. It had that orange-peel texture from improper curing and drying of the clearcoat. Also, there was a NEW DENT above the driver's side window. Thirdly, the hood which had been repainted, was covered in swirl marks from irresponsible polishing with a buffer. I immediately went back to Mascari to fix this additional damage that they caused. I bring it back home and find it's not complete. I went back two additional times for items to be fixed. As of today, the orange peel is still visible on the upper part of the driver's door. The hood is still scratched up. Now two new item have popped up - (1) the fender flare on the drivers side is coming off. It looks like they used cheap double-sided tape to attach it and now the tape is losing it's adhesive. Is this how this is typically held on?! (2) The hood scoop isn't attached properly and there's a gap between the scoop and the hood. Mascari called me on Monday at 6pm to ask for more money. They told me that I hadn't paid them enough to cover the additional expenses. However, upon pickup in January I was told it was paid-in-full. Once I explained to this gentleman I had other issues that were not resolved, he told me that someone would call me the next day to address these. It's been two days and I have yet to hear from Mascari. I believe I'll never hear from them because they'd probably rather "lose out" on their $250 than actually do the right thing and fix my car properly. Prior to this, my 2015 was in great condition with very minor wear and tear. Now parts are literally falling off because this business is 100% total trash. read more

These guys are crooks. They went joyriding in my Tesla (I'll be posting proof) and then charged me $36 plus tax to charge my car when I never asked nor did it need charged. I dropped off my car with 147 miles of range left and picked it up with 186. That amount of electric would cost under $1 to refill. They charged over $1 a mile for charging that I never asked for. Their technicians who went on a joyride used 5 miles of range on a 2 mile drive from beating on the car. So they charged me $40 for them to joyride my car. All they replaced was my bumper and fog light and the bill was $3000. Then they still hit my insurance for the "Tesla Charging Fee" as SUPPLEMENTAL damages!? Crooked shops like this one are the reason why Tesla insurance is so high. Complete joke of a business. If you want to pay double what other shops cost and have them beat on your car then I guess you should go here. If you actually care about your car in any way look elsewhere. read more

Gina and company took such great care of me and my car. The car looked as good as the day I rolled off the lot with it. They went above and beyond with cleaning it for me as well and I didn't notice any greasy surfaces or weird residues when they cleaned it. 10/10 read more

I've been going to them for about 2 years for all of my vehicle needs and never had a problem. I brought my truck in about 3-4 weeks ago for some insurance covered body work and when i got my truck back everything looked good until i checked my change compartment. I have a compartment i use for change underneath my radio and I had that thing PACKED FULL, to the point that when i would open the compartment too fast and change would fall out. When i checked it upon getting my truck back it was almost empty. Im estimating i had probably 50-60 dollars of change in there, and now its all gone. I talked to the body shop guy Kirkland about it, to which he responded by opting me out of future correspondences via text. Overall i have never had an issue with this place until now. They do good work, but as far as leaving ANYTHING of value in your car when you take it there, dont do it. read more

These people commit insurance fraud! Gina "melted" my car door , trying to get paint off that was left after they had my car for 3 months!! She told me she used her nails to get it off, after i had to bring my car back to be repainted !! She texted me and told me she melted my door and she went ahead and ordered another part. I thanked her for her honesty, 16 months later, i had to call her to see if it came in yet!!! When she didn't answer me, i screenshot the message she sent saying she melted my door , she then answered right away!!! She said "let me see if i can find it". This is when i got mad, 2 weeks later she texted me a pic of the product in a shipping box, and said "found it". NOTE TO GINA, I COULD SEE THE DATE ON THE BOX , she just ordered it!!! After i went and she put it on, i was n notified by my insurance that they had just paid Mascari auto $279. She built my insurance for her mistake that my friends is insurance fraud not to mention that when I picked up my car,IT WAS PAINTED TWO DIFFERENT COLORS!! HALF BABY BLUE HALF SILVER!!!! Don't forget they also missed a huge thing and luckily I didn't kill anybody by accident driving this car. They have people there that have no idea what they're doing and the owners don't know what they're doing. Do yourself a favor and do not use this place ! then about a year later, my rear tire fell off my car!! of course my insurance made me take it back there were they refuse to touch it blamed it on me! There's no possible way that I could've did this to my car. It was a direct result of the accident which they missed. Luckily, I did not hurt anybody due to their mistakes, but they did hold my car for ransom until they got paid $479, since my insurance company stopped payment the first time due to Gena's mistake she then add on a fee to the original $279. Look, it's very simple, take your car somewhere else do yourself a favor! I took my Tesla here to fix the front fender. Got an estimate and they ordered the necessary parts. It took 7 months before the parts arrived and I was able to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. I called Tesla multiple times during the process and they said that the fender I needed was not on back order. Zero communication or service from Mascari, they were rude and dismissive on the phone when I'd call for updates. 7 months with a broken fender... read more

I had my classic car restored here. Restoration may be too strong a word as the car was in quite good condition for its age. The saga began when I asked for an estimate, the owner wanted a week to throughly assess the structural condition and what work might be required. This was reasonable due to the vehicle age. At the end of the week I discover that my vehicle had been about 90% stripped of its paint for the "estimate", since I now had a mostly bare metal car I decided to go ahead with my restoration. During the body work phase of the program I visited regularly and was satisfied with both the quality and progress. The issues came with the paint work, when I saw the disassembled but painted vehicle I noticed a number of defects in the clearcoat, i didn't bring them up at that time (my big mistake) assuming they would be taken care of during the final detailing. I picked up the car and realized when I could see it in the sun that the defects were still there and more numerous than I had noticed previously. I brought the car back and asked to have the issues taken care of, the owner advised that they would but the finish would now be so smooth that the slightest touch would scratch it. When I washed the car several months later (classic car, not driven in the ran and garage kept) I saw that the car was covered with residual buffer swirl marks. I am not a finishing expert but back in the day I knew of a temporary finish product that could be used to cover swirl marks but had to be reapplied after every wash. In all they did a good job getting the car ready for paint and on the interior but left a lot to be desired in the quality of their paint work. read more

I came here to get body work done on my car after hitting an animal. My insurance uses this body shop as a preferred shop. They were so quick to get my scheduled and get me a rental. They had my car for about 4 days and it turned out great! They seem to always answer the phone which is so nice. I didn't expect it but they cleaned my car really well! It looked like new and the experience was great. Staff was super helpful and polite to me. read more

Made an appointment to have car detailed. Washed and waxed. Filled out form with info and put it in drop box and got ride to work. Came back after 8 hours and car was never touched. Guy said he didn't know what I wanted done. He said it may 2-3 days. He asked who I made the appointment with. No one ever called and asked what I wanted done. It was a total waste of my time. If you take your car there confirm that they will do the work you want and get a time frame. read more

This auto body shop was recommended by a friend. The showroom looks impressive and the rental car next door (also run by them) is convenient. My car needed a simple bumper cover replacement and painted to match a 1 month old car. I dropped my car off (on a Monday) and three days later they called for me to pick it up. The paint was still tacky (I could leave a fingerprint in it) and it had drips and dirt in the paint. Where the plastic met the metal body, the paint was rubbed off during assembly. I refused to take the car. The next day they called for me to pick it up. Someone had globbed touch up paint in some spots, but it was more or less the same. I refused delivery. The following Wednesday, they call me to get the car. They had removed the bumper cover and repainted it, but hadn't removed the original coat of paint they sprayed. I refused to take the car. The insurance agent called me up and told me the owner was screaming at him to get the car out of his shop. I retrieved the car and had the insurance representative inspect the work himself. He couldn't believe the poor quality of work. Additionally, most of the push pin fasteners were missing that held the trunk liner in place. I took the car somewhere else. They couldn't believe the amount of paint on the bumper cover. I would most definitely ***NOT*** recommend this shop. read more

My mother had her car dropped off here to get a fuel pump on her car because her car broke down due to it breaking. Other than that, that car was in perfect condition. Her 2 sons (my brother and I) pick it up after school that day and within 20 minutes of driving home with an awful noise in the front, the entire car started smoking and caught flame while we were in the vehicle and we had to stop by Mccandless (Not sure if that's correct spelling) and block an entire main road off. The car was completely destroyed and was burning for a good 25 minutes before police and firetrucks came. Me and my brother could have been seriously injured because they do sloppy work. My mom still has yet to get a refund and it's the morning after. We payed them $1,300 for repairs just for it to catch on fire and almost cost us our lives. Mascari came and towed it, ironically, and the mechanic that came said "I shouldn't be laughing" like there was a joke or something. Awful business. read more

Pains me to write a negative report on this business, but Mascari brought it upon themselves! Until yesterday I would have provided a rating of FIVE PLUS stars; we then learned of the shoddy workmanship and now this garage will NEVER see our business again. Quite by accident (no pun intended!) an attendant at the shop where we have our vehicles hand-washed once a week (and detailed, when necessary) noticed that the back bumper on the 2013 Malibu XLT wasn't fitted properly. Said bumper was recently repaired TWICE by Mascari, the first time for repair due to a small fender bender, the second request to properly adjust the bumper and trunk lid because the trunk lid was rubbing against the bumper and damaging the paint. Nevertheless, took vehicle into the dealer for mechanical service and asked their body shop to "take a look" at and, if possible, make necessary adjustments to the bumper. Their findings were quite disturbing and adjustments are not possible. Clips that hold bumper in place are either missing or broken, holes are not in alignment and some type of epoxy was used to cover up the mess. Unacceptable! Our insurance carrier (who initially recommended the work be performed at Mascari's) has been notified of unsatisfactory performance and the dealership has received authorization to properly repair the vehicle (insurance wanted us to return the vehicle to Mascari and we REFUSED). DO THE JOB CORRECTLY OR DON'T DO IT AT ALL ... HALF-ASS DOESN'T CUT IT! I am unpleasantly surprised and hope that Mascari wouldn't repair their classic vehicles in such a manner! read more

Let me preface this by saying that I never write reviews. But I had such a bad experience at this auto body shop that I feel like I have a responsibility to share with others so they can avoid what I went through. My brakes went out right in front of Mascari so I drove it into their lot and asked them to fix it. They did so rather quickly and I was back on the road that day. Fast forward a month later, the brake line is leaking and needs to be totally replaced. However, Mascari wouldn't lift a finger to help us and make their mistake right. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of integrity. I will never take my car here again or utilize their gas station. I urge you to stay away as well and go to Firestone instead. read more

I took my car here based on the recommendation of my insurance company to repair the rear bumper. When I got the car back the rear trunk lid, which was fine when I dropped it off, was totally out of alignment, visible to anyone who looked at it. I originally took my car here to be fixed after an accident. My car was not driveable so it had to be left at the shop. When I called for an estimate of when it would be looked at, I was told they were so busy and they couldn't give me an answer. When I pressed for an answer, the lady on the phone said probably three weeks at the earliest for it be even be looked at. Hearing this, I decided to take it elsewhere, to a place that could give me a set day that they would work on my car (Rob Wagner Auto Body is great and very helpful). I had a rental from Mascari, and wanted to drop it off ASAP since insurance was only paying 30 days. Since they own the gas station next door, I stopped there after the body shop was closed and asked if they could accept the return of a rental car; they said yes. A few days later, I received a call from insurance that Mascari would not release my car because I owed $150, for five days rental, when I only had it for two. When I stopped in the shop to pay, the girl at the front desk was cold and disrespectful and dismissive just because I was no longer getting the work done there. She said "well you should have read the rental agreement because it says you are not allowed to turn rentals in after hours." Well then they need to educate all their employees on their policies since they said they were able to accept rental return. Overall, once they realized they were not getting the work, then turned petty and disrespectful and not helpful. If this is the way they do business, I wouldn't want to risk them working on my car anyways. read more
