Excellent service! My 2009 Impreza had extensive rodent chewing of the ABS harness and other wiring. Had talked to several service stations-either they couldn't do the repairs or were very expensive. 2 friends highly recommended Derkas so I scheduled an appt for the repairs. Derkas fixed all the damage caused by rodents and cleaned and sanitized my undercarriage. They also filed the paperwork with my auto insurance company who covered the cost of the repair less my deductible. Overall I am a very satisfied customer, Derkas did an excellent job at a reasonable price, and Ted was very friendly and helpful. I had a terrible experience here, and I would never give them my business again. If you are a woman, I would not go here alone. They will talk to you like you are stupid & make rude sexual comments as well. They charged me $1700 for brakes, tires, and rotors. What a rip off. I guess they thought they could get away with it because I'm a woman, but they lost my business. It's a shame, because I've taken my car here other times and was treated very well. One person can ruin it, and I believe he is one of the owners too. I tried to show him my warranty to find out if the repairs might be covered, and he said "I'm not reading that shit". You don't talk to customers that way. Really surprised their reviews are so good. I'm sure they have ripped many people off. Stay away! read more
