Unethical. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. My mom's car sat outside for months resulting in mechanical issues. They tried to create additional charges when it told them she decided to go with the lesser estimate stating that we would have you pay restocking fees when the parts weren't there yet. Then trying to charge a new labor rate stating labor rates went up in January but the had the car since November and when we stated we're weren't going to get any work done there they tried to charge 100.00 a day storage fees. The office customer service is horrible . The will make up anything they can to get money. Very unethical abd unreliable. My second time here by choice! I had a deer accident that required repairs to the headlight and bumper. My insurance company has an open policy allowing members to choose a restoration shop of choice. I had received service at Eazor's previously and made the quick decision to return for professional and exceptional repairs. I'm glad I did, as they always go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The restoration was seamless and I'm grateful for all they've done to help fix my car. They worked relentlessly, in tandem with my insurance repair representative to track down parts across the country. Getting parts during the pandemic was extremely challenging and required a bit of a wait. Overall, I'm satisfied with the professional service and support. Absolutely pathetic service, if you're not an insurance company they don't care. I'm stuck with a 500 dollar key fob they had a dealership program for my Jeep that doesn't work. Was told it's not their problem when I asked them to clarify with the dealership they took it to. This was all after I waited a year for a them to order a 20 dollar reflector I could have had overnighted on Amazon. Zero stars. read more

So on the way home from our most recent trip to Cleveland our car got into an altercation with a deer a mile before I was supposed to get off of the turnpike in Cranberry. It was dark when it happened so I thought the damage wasn't bad. Then I went out and looked at it the next morning. Boy was I wrong! Needless to say the deer won! I had damage to the grill, hood, right headlight, right fender and both right doors. So I reported the accident to our agent at State Farm and she asked were I wanted to take it to be fixed and I said anywhere but #1 Cochran Collision were we took it the last time, but I wasn't happy with their work. My wife suggested Eazor's because they are literally located right around the corner from our house. They are located on Long Road in Penn Hills. Our agent said how Eazor's was a top rated State Farm repair shop and how that was hard to do. So I took it down the next day and Ted the owner was there. He came outside and took tons of pictures of all the damage then put them on his computer and pulled up schematics of all the parts the car would need. He then ordered them and told me when to bring the car in which was about a week later because they were so busy. I then brought the car in when Ted said to and he even had Enterprise get a rental car ready for us. He even had one of his workers give us a ride to Enterprise to save time. Ted said the car would be done in six days and it was! They even detailed the car. It even looked better then the day we bought it from #1 Cochran! Eazor's is open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. I had a car accident in ohio and dealt with a select service state farm provider in toledo. after driving my fixed car home, i noticed the lights weren't bright or pointing in the right direction, nor was the alignment correct. state farm said i could take it to one of three places around pittsburgh for a follow up. reviews for ted and jim's seemed great, so i called and spoke directly with ted, who took my car same day, and gave me a ride home in my car to see how it rode for himself. the vehicle was completed as promised, washed and cleaned, with corrected headlights and an alignment. he dealt directly with my state farm claim team people saving me time there as well. the man's been in business for over 30 years, with many on his staff there for over 20. i can see why folks like to work here. a great man, a great shop. top notch service. i'll recommend ted and jim's to everyone going forward. it's hard enough to find a mechanic you can trust. i've never found a body shop i can trust, until now. read more

We were visiting in Pittsburgh for Thanksgiving, on our way to help at a Mission in Oklahoma. We drove on the turnpike for only a few minutes, but we were only a few minutes behind the tanker leaking driveway sealant! What a unique situation! We had the tires replaced, but other issues were noted. We took our HHR to Cochran Collision because it was closest, but they put us off for a few days even after the holiday weekend and THEN said they had a lot of cars to fix so it would be a while. Since we were supposed to have left town on Monday and it was now Wednesday, we called other businesses on the list State Farm emailed us, and Ted said he would help us get back on the road. Eazor's finished our car repairs, which included brakes and springs and struts and such in one area AND they also managed to clean the tar off the fenders and doors-- BY FRIDAY afternoon! We missed out on the sightseeing part of our trip, but made it to the mission in time. Eazor's deserves their #1 rating in customer service from State Farm.
