Drive down the driveway lined with old tires and wait in your car until it's your turn (usually I drive right in- only waited once or twice). Drive in when they motion you in. You don't event have to get out of your car- everything's done right then. Full brake service- you'll have to schedule with them to get brakes replaced. 3 hours max for all four brakes to be replaced, usually half that. They'll fix you up!

Well technically true, my tires in front were not as in good condition as the rear, front tires were still in good condition and there was NO​ reason not to rotate. I had a good reason for doing the rotation as well, but he just wouldn't hear it. I've had really good experiences there, but sometimes, (second occasion now), you guys have been unnecessarily difficult. I'm really mad at you now, and I have to rotate my own tires that you should be doing as I bought the tires there.

Luckily for me, they are focused on making the car 'right'. An older muscle car is a considerable investment. Nick and Doug have several classics of their own. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. They were able to both fix my rim and change my oil. I didn't even schedule for the tire problem and they were very accommodating and helped me out. In total it took 30mins.
