My next door neighbor just had the same problem with his E500 and when the tow company(not Garzonys) pulled the car on to the flat bed, contact with the ground ripped off the front clip including the front bumper cover. Donny assured us he could tow the car with no damage whatsoever. That's exactly what he did. Meticulous and very professionally done. Not a scratch. I actually have AAA, but opted to have Garzonys complete the tow at my cost because my prior experience with their towing service has been very satisfying and my son cherishes this car. Here I thought I was first in line, ready to purchase this vehicle. She never mentioned to me that there was a "line" of people out the door, ready to buy this thing. The other buyer managed to skip the line and get ahead of me. This sounds like a totally unethical business that would allow such practices to go on at this dealership. No etiquette whatsoever.......a total waste of time. No wonder they only have a crappy 2.5-star review here on Yelp. If you want serious ambience with your car service, this won't be your place. It's also located in an alley where it's hard to maneuver and the pavement sucks. However...I have to say that Tom and Tom Jr. are THE single most honest people I've ever encountered in the auto service business! So often when little strange things have gone wrong with my vehicle, they've found a way to repair it using some little part they locate in the garage, and don't even charge me for it. Also, they are definitely "Vehicle Whisperers"--if I tell them what is happening with the vehicle {even in that weird way we women have of saying 'it's making a clunk sound', or 'when I turn left, it goes chook-oo, chook-oo, boing'}, they seem to be able to figure it right out. They were able to help me the next morning and the estimate was under the other locations we called. I asked them to take a peek at the blower and AC unit as well while they were poking around. They were called me to explain that the sensor was no problem but a minimum of 2 parts of the AC unit needed replaced, and if we wanted that fixed ever... they'd need to be done no matter what, which was expected. Long story short, they fixed everything and more for a price we felt was very fair based on other estimated we had received. The quote from the dealership for the AC unit was almost triple what we ended up with btw...
