Drive down the driveway lined with old tires and wait in your car until it's your turn (usually I drive right in- only waited once or twice). Drive in when they motion you in. You don't event have to get out of your car- everything's done right then. Full brake service- you'll have to schedule with them to get brakes replaced. 3 hours max for all four brakes to be replaced, usually half that. They'll fix you up!
