I had my company vehicle towed to this shop on 1/7/25. After speaking with the owner, I was told I needed a new battery and that he would provide a price by the end of the day and call me back. That never happened. Since then, I have left multiple voicemails and called numerous times, but no one answers the phone. It's now 2/11/25, and I still can't get in touch with anyone. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE I wish there was a way to give this whole shop a -20. I took my car to them at the end of August 2024 for breaking issues and not only did they not fix my breaks but they put my calipers back on UPSIDE DOWN AND ON THE WRONG SIDES. Then come to find out that they also put a wheel bearing on BACKWARDS. I paid a different shop $418 to fix B&B's lack of care and they refused to make it right. It is nobody's problem but Bills that he has a bunch of skillless drug heads as his mechanics. God does not like ugly and that is exactly what Bill is taking advantage of customers like this. Maybe if he had a better team he wouldn't have to rob others. If you don't have the bandwidth or ability to fix something then say that instead of wasting peoples time and get a job that you actually enjoy. And for a shop that says they're open everyday, there's no reason for it to have taken basically a month to get my car back just for it to not be fixed correctly. He lied and said that my breaks were fine. I have several other issues with Bill as well but that is not my story to share. Bill has been doing car repairs for me and my family for years without issue and for whatever reason he decided to screw us over. He kept my car from August 2024 to now (February 2025) and kept making "excuses" or ignoring me and my mother when asked to give car updates. It took him over a month to say his engine guy wasn't showing up to work and then all of a sudden there were five cars ahead of me. He communicated NONE of that to allow me a chance to consider gong elsewhere. I missed out on 2 job opportunities because of him and a lot of money in turn of it and he doesn't care. He did my girlfriend's brakes and wheel barring wrong and keeps lying about not being responsible. His ego is just bruised that he had to give up money for the shit he lets slide. She has more than enough proof to rebuttal and I'm the only reason she didn't take him to court. If you're looking to sue bill you'd absolutely win because he doesn't document anything to back up any lie he tells and his mechanics are equally, if not more incompetent than he is. And to top it off he likes to threaten gun violence when you make too many good points against him. If you even slightly care about your car take it literally anywhere else but here. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! They cashed a check from the insurance company for repairs to our car. It is going on 10 months and they still have the car and repairs have not been made. Bill does not update us as to a timeline. We have to text him only to have him say "be patient, almost done." read more

It was really hard to find a honest mechanic that does good work and I found just what I needed at B n B! Bill and his mechanics are honest business man who try their hardest to get everyone taken care of in a friendly, professional manner. I had two front wheel bearings replaced and his price beat everyone, along with a sense of security leaving. To me, knowing im safe is worth it all. I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks guys!
