Took my 2011 bmw 328i in for small gasket job... says my oil filter housing was cracked so trusted him and had it replaced too 1400 for that then charges me for 2 air filters and a fuel treatment that I nvr asked for nor was it mentioned to me... ALSO left my engine bay a complete mess and stripped my drain plug on my radiator leading to all my coolant pissing out... DO not recommend owners a dumbass... read more

Walking into this shop I was greeted with a kind, smiling face, which made me feel welcomed. My experience dealing with the owner Curtis...I honestly cannot say enough!!! He listened to every problem I was having and went above and beyond my expectations! The world needs more people like him, his work is through, he communicates with you the whole time let's you know every detail even if he finds something else he let's you know, doesn't just charge you! He knows his stuff with cars especially my Mercedes I brought into him several times, he's worked on them which is important to me because if anyone knows about Mercedes they aren't cheap to fix so to me bringing my car to someone like curtis puts me at ease to know my vehical will be taken care of and I know the job will be done right! Steer clear of this business! No integrity, no honesty. Charged thousands to repair a vehicle only worth over a thousand dollars on trade-in and claimed the cost was worth it because the vehicle would run another three years. Less than a month after paying thousands to Wolfe's, the vehicle broke down, and they charged another $300+ to fix it. Less than 9 months after paying thousands, the vehicle had more problems, which they then charged $100 to diagnose and said it would cost $1,000+ to fix. I refused. They should have waived the diagnosis fee and fixed it for free, considering how much money I already spent there. Make no mistake: their business is to make money, it's not to help customers or keep customers. If you are looking for the cheapest place to get your car serviced, go somewhere else, but as someone who was both a mechanic and a repair shop manager in Beaver Valley for several decades, your money will be well spent at Wolfe's, as you will get the service you need, and you won't have to worry about your wheels flying off on the way home. I am at the point in my life where I can't maintain my car by myself, and having someone who I can trust with its maintenance is worth more than cash value ... I trust these guys, and peace of mind has no dollar figure. When I look into someone's eyes or listen to their voice, and feel they are being straight with me, I'm willing to pay for the honesty, and to be quite frank, the honesty is worth twice what the scam artists ask in dollars. As someone who has been on the other side of the wrenches or cash regrister, I respect the premise of providing good service while establishing a good profit margin .... and you can't provide one at the expense of the other.
