My wife even came back and made a purchase for a gift to me by herself. They treated her well and went well beyond the typical retailer service expectations to help someone not familiar with the product. We had an issue with our tire losing air every day, and they got us in quick without an appointment. They also took the time to educate us that this is a common problem with aluminum rims in the very cold, and that they cleaned the rim and remounted the tire and the problem was gone. Tom's was also able to get us a great price on a pair of tires and installed them the next day. I'd highly recommend that you try Tom's the next time you need service in the East Palestine area.

The call was answered by Bobby the sales manage. I told him I was from Boston and asked him about the car. We talked a few minutes and he asked if he could call me back in a few minutes, He face timed me with the car and did a walk around. He answered all my questions. I told him that I would think about it and call him back the next day. I called the next day, he wasn't there but had told Justin, a salesman, that I might be calling. Justin was very professional and courteous and had some more information that I had requested. I negotiated a great deal with Bobby. He told me that if I flew to Pittsburg, he would have his driver pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership. Justin took over from there and the whole experience was flawless! I left Boston at 7:00 AM got to the dealership at 11:00 AM, was met by Justin. All the paperwork was ready, even the temporary registration and tag. He gave me two bottles of water for the ride and I was on the road back to Boston by 12:30. Justin callEd me a few times along the way to make sure that I was doing Okay. I was home in Boston by 10:00 PM! I could not ask for a more accommodating dealership. Justin and Bobby checked in several times in the next few weeks to see if everything was still good. Service like this is rare nowadays. I highly recommend Prestige Ford to anyone, no matter where in the USA that they live.

Our experience with Prestige Ford - formerly Columbiana Ford - was a very good one…read more It started when we took our 2007 Ford Edge in to have the oil changed. When the service people got under the car they found several disturbing and dangerous things that required immediate attention. We were informed of the cost and given our options. The service department lady was more than patient, showed us the video from under our car and expressed deep concern for our safety. After considering what it would cost to repair it and what else would be coming along we decided to trade it on a new car. We ended up purchasing a Ford Escape and we had nothing but a stellar experience. Our sales person was Curt who was extremely helpful and kind and made us comfortable throughout the process. We found Joe to be more than nice and took all the time we needed to understand everything. The entire staff was friendly even when they thought we were just there for an oil change. We are very happy with our experience - even though it escalated quickly - and highly recommend Prestige Ford for excellent service and sales. Many thanks to everyone who helped us.
