They said they would work with us by splitting the repair cost, but would not take full responsibility for selling a vehicle with a faulty transmission. Only one down side was that in the rush to get a stranded mom out of there (I begged to get this done asap) something happened to my oil level sensor. They had thought that it was possibly wet and it would stop giving me a problem but unfortunately while I was at my final destination it just completely stopped reading my levels. They had told me that I had an oil leak so that caused a concern for me to drive the vehicle bk home with no sensor to read the oil. They offered for me to stop on the way back but I would have been passing through after they closed on a Sat. So I had to have it fixed at a location where I was. Armando's hourly rate was quite high but I really didn't have much of a choice and I was assured I was in good hands so that made it sting a bit less. But when I had to get that sensor fixed because the clip got messed up during the alternator fix it was definitely frustrating. I do wish they would have looked at it better before I left but they had done so much for me already and it was past closing time he said. All in all I would go to them again. They were extremely kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. I'm sure if I wasn't stranded and they had more time I wouldn't have had a problem with the oil sensor. He brought the car inside from the bitter cold so my friend could get a good look at it without freezing our behinds off. It had a very mom-and-pop feel to it due to the friendliness, great customer service, no pushy salesman, and availability of the staff. Cars in the lot are marked very clearly with prices, mileage, and all the specs on the cars. Inside, the showroom is very tidy, there's signs notifying of occupancy limits, and a mask mandate. The bathroom was very clean and there was a nice refreshment area and comfortable seating areas. Although my friend didn't end up buying a car that day, I would still much recommend this business to Jose in the market for a vehicle.

He admitted to calling neighboring dealerships to compare prices after we made the deal on Saturday and today he settled on $5k over. I was able to drop my car off at night and he showed up to make sure everything was fine (although there are cameras). I told him that I needed to work and he was able to get my brakes and rotors done by the time I had to go back to work. There are drinks and snacks and a nice waiting room. Being a female, I was completely comfortable being alone. He takes your car for a test drive to make sure everything sounds and works good after he completes his service. RT Barrett Auto Sales was only the second place I called but something about his spirit over the phone made me stop right there. I didn't even feel the need to keep calling other places. They informed me the vehicle I wanted was at this location but did not want to help me get it so I drove 81 miles from Cleveland to get what I wanted. Missy was beyond helpful and was not a pushy salesperson. She was amazing. We called ahead saying we were coming and she had it out front waiting. After I got there, as soon as I said let's do this, she had it in the back getting gases up and detailed. She went over and above taking pictures of my programmed radio channels and even took a picture of me with my new car. I also enjoyed our conversation while going through the process. Travis in financial was also a great help. I never saw someone go process everything so quickly. She was very pleasant and helped me through the process We also had great conversations. Also a pleasant experience in the finance office with Keely; no shady monkey business at all during the parade of paperwork.
