DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT! Complete idiots and arrogant! LIARS!!!!!!! I had a nail in my tire, they said it could not be replaced since it was on the wall of the tire. Left my car, came back, and went on my way. 3 days later I noticed the nail was still in my tire. They replaced the wrong tire. Had to stay home from work to take it back over. They said that nobody specified which tire needed replaced and that they changed the one with the lowest tire pressure. LIARS! The guy was in the parking lot looking at the car with me and said it needed replaced. They did not even apologize - instead said "Mistakes happen" and laughed at me. They failed my rear brakes on my car that still had life one them. Then once I can bake with new rotors and pads, which should've taken 5mins to check took them and hour. go somewhere else. read more

Just had all four tie rod ends replaced, front end alignment and tire rotation. As I planned on accomplishing brake repair work I specifically asked for the tires to be hand tightened so I could remove lug nuts without an air wrench. The vehicle drives fine to Florida. I attempted to remove lug nuts and deformed one lug wrench and shattered two sockets. Still the wheel cannot be removed. I contacted, center exit tire and explained my situation and unhappiness about the over tightening. The service man repeatedly talked over me and offered a tepid apology. Since April I spent over $1200.00 in repairs. Instead of a glib apology that does not really appreciate my situation maybe an offer of free tire rotation or oil change could have made me feel like he grasped my situation. Over talking me and an excuse does not invite me back. read more

Very disappointed. We went to get new tires, we get home to and check them out because we just loved the tires, here to see, our rims got all scratched up. Clearly someone was being irresponsible and just dropped the rims on the ground, being completely careless. We will never go back read more

These guys are great. I have purchased new tires here, had snow tires put on/taken off and even had inspection done. There is a small seating/waiting area inside but it's most convenient to drop your car off and pick it up later if it's going to be there for a bit. read more

Do most of my own car work so I am extremely particular and frugal when it comes to getting my vehicle worked on. Tried a ton of shops around the area and this one is the BEST hands down. I had a terrible experience here. They kept my car for 4 days when it was supposed to be 1 without offering a loaner car, misquoted me to where I ended up paying double the price they told me, and the check engine light came back on not even a week later. Then they didn't even call me to say that my car was done. Find another place, any place but here to take your car. read more

Everybody was super nice. We had called, got prices, and wrote down Michelin $220 each. Showed them the paper- we would like 4 Michelin tires for our truck. 2 1/2 hours later, (also got an alignment) go to leave & the wrong tires are on the truck. Ok everybody can make a mistake so they put the correct ones on and we paid the additional $85. My point- 3 1/2 hours later - as a business person, I would of offered the customer a discount for their time & trouble so they would be a repeat customer....now we won't be. read more

I live in the city and the 40 minute drive is worth it. They are friendly, quick, and most importantly, honest. I've been coming here for a few years and try to have any car work done here. It is family owned and operated and you can tell they take pride in their business. The prices are always comparable or less than competitors. They are always very busy so call ahead. read more

84 year old neighbor took her car in to have it checked after going up over curb. When she picked it up, they charged her $800.00 for new brakes, because they said the brakes were rusted. Less than 2 months ago her car was inspected there and they said the brakes were good. She has put a bout 335 miles on her car since then. This is wrong!!! read more

This place is awesome! We broke down the Friday night before New Year's while driving from NC to Beaver Falls to visit family. My brother recommended Center Exit Tire because he said they are always honest and trustworthy, and do great work. It turned out to be the alternator, so they ordered the part first thing Saturday morning. They came in early Monday morning, the day we planned to leave, just so the car would be prepped and ready for the part. It was a huge relief to be able to get back on the road as planned for our 9 hr drive. We can't say enough good things about this place and the employees. Must think all women are stupid! Took for inspection, tried to RAPE me, telling me the shocks are bad. Just had it there for alignment last month cant be bad!. Then they tell me the brakes are bad. Cant be just had them changed! After arguing another man came over and he looked at the shocks. Surprise!! there good. He also looked at brakes. Surprise again!! There good!! Stay away!!!! read more
