Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and you could tell they actually enjoyed being there, which makes such a difference. Nobody made me feel rushed or talked down to, and as a truck girl... trust me, that matters. Caleb absolutely understood the assignment with my Tundra. He took care of my girl like she was royalty, explained everything clearly, and somehow made buying tires feel exciting. Now she's sitting taller on those Toyos and I keep catching myself staring back at her in parking lots like a proud parent. Honestly, the experience was so good I even walked out with a new friend. I called them around 3:30 pm and they said they closed at 4:00 pm. I told them my story and they said that they would wait!!! My car and I were towed to Discount Tire Center and sure enough they were still there shortly after 4 pm!! They replaced the tire immediately and I was on my way! I can't thank them enough!! I didn't come to a discount shop to be overpriced!!!! They then tell me oh we don't have your rim it will be a week. I had to leave my car there for a week. I get my car back and NO AIR! I had to put air in the old and new tires. My emergency tire pressure lights are on and alignment is off. You guys made sure to offer a warranty when I came! I never had worst Tire service and felt like I was being over charged. You'll see me tomorrow to see what's the issue with my TPMS lights

I had to call for updates multiple times on the status, and I wouldn't have known they were even planning on keeping it later/overnight if I had not called, since no one bothered to reach out to me (despite saying they would). Quoted me $500+ at pick up for an 'issue' with the oil pan... went somewhere else the next day and got the oil change AND the radiator flush for $300 in less than 2 hours. If you don't know how to do an oil change on the vehicle... just say so! Will certainly not be returning after this... I just saved $200 by going somewhere else...Be careful out there yinz!

I want to know what is going on at this place that they cannot seem to patch a tire without major…read moreissues. It cost me $238 total and a 2 day major headache. I brought my car here because I had a simple nail in the tread of my tire. They snapped one of the studs while taking it off the tire and broke the other while putting it back on. They asked me if I wanted to have them repair those broken studs in addition to the tire. They blamed the previous mechanic stating that he had likely stripped the studs. The car could no longer drive so I paid to have it towed to a reputable tire shop to get the studs and nuts replaced. Then I took it back to the mechanic who did the tire rotation and he was able to remove the other three tires and put them back on no problem. I think the likely culprit here is pep boys.
