I called discount tire Amy was very friendly told me what they had and said could have 4 Kelly tires at their place by the next morning. After telling me the out the door price I was oh yeah!!! It was 40 dollars cheaper then another place quoted me for unknown brand 40k tires. They open at 7 I was there at 715 I rolled on in and rolled on out 1/2 hour later with my new tires on the car No games here Just tires I would give them a call before going anywhere else. read more

Have you ever watched NASCAR? If you have then this will review will make you feel like Dale Earnhardt. The fellas at discount tire center(DTC) were speedy, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have a Honda. They asked me about a tire key. No idea what they were taking about because I have only taken my car to Honda for any service. I went to DTC because I needed a new tire, there was a nail in it. My neighbor referred me (she's awesome). Honda did not have an appointments AT ALL. Anyway, they asked me to pop the trunk and they knew the key was there to remove the tires and put on new ones. Listen they do all of this while you are in the car. They work like a NASCAR pit crew. The price was very good. All fees included, no weird hidden charges or taxes. They show you the bottom line! Also, these are NEW tires, not used. I got in my vehicle one evening, and found that the tire pressure on my front driver's side was 26!! Not only that, the pressure on my other tires was quite high, 40 and 41psi. Sadly, every place was already closed for the night, and to make matters worse, the next day was the 4th of July, so NOTHING would be open! With pretty much no options, I stopped at a convenience store with an air machine. As it happened, the way I stopped showed me, big as life, a nail with a good-sized top on it was on full display, flush to the tire surface, near the outer edge of the tire. Well, I added air then, and a couple other times as well. I really wasn't familiar with many tire places, and by chance saw the Discount Tire Center, close to me in Bellevue. VERY easy to find, just off route 65. I called and was told the so repair punctured tires, and you just go, first come, first served. I was brought in immediately, and the gentleman looked at the nail. He told me the nail may be too close to the outer, curved edge of the tire to be repairable, so I had a seat while he looked at it. I thought, great, I'm a female, I know very little about tires, so I'm gonna end up being taken advantage of, told I need a new tire, and more than one at that. To my surprise, just a very short time passed, and I was called to the desk. They were able to repair it! I walked out having paid only $25, and feeling great about having found an actual honest business--a fairly rare commodity any more. I called before driving there to see if they specifically had my tire. I was told yes to bring it in. I follow the directions on Yelp and it took me to the complete opposite direction. Finally I put it in my Google maps and it took me to the correct direction. When I pulled up I was asked if I was the one that called. Then proceeded to tell me that they do not have a tire for me and I had to go to the dealership. This was the whole reason why I called before driving there. So, these guys put my tires on about a month ago. I just took my car to the mechanic this weekend because I heard a knocking noise in the front end. He told me today the lug nuts were coming loose and one was missing! So basically my tire was coming off. He said both front tires were not tight but the rear were torqued to specification. These guys work so fast they might skip some of the details. Buyer beware, make sure they torque your lugs and check them a week or so later. read more

This is my go to spot when I need new tires. Recently, I called in to get a new tire and I was so frantic and stressed out. I had a complete blowout and the rim was bent as well. I've never had a flat like this before. They were very helpful with providing information on places where I can purchase a new rim, as they do not sale them. But they were able to put the new rim on and replace the tire for $60. The place they referred me to for the rim was only $30. Total cost $90! I blew out a tire today, and was stuck without a spare. My normal tire place didn't have what I needed, and they recommended Discount Tire Center, so I called, to check on tire availability. They didn't have the exact tire I already had--but did a little digging, and found a tire that was similar quality, and asked if that was acceptable--and quickly suggested I either just get the one tire, or, ideally, replace the set. They gave me prices for both, I agreed to buying two--and when my car was towed there 10 minutes later, they were able to work on my car immediately! I sat in my air conditioned car with my two dogs, while a team of guys jacked up the car, removed both rear tires, popped on new ones, and then checked pressure on my front tires. I felt like I was a race car driver at a pit stop! In no time at all, one of the polite young gentlemen told me I was all done, and could just back out--and before I could ask about where I paid, another gentlemen came over with the bill, asked if I wanted the lifetime warranty for $20 (for $20, sure, why not?!) took my card, ran it, and came back with a receipt. SO FAST!!!! Getting out was a bit tricky, their location making the whole "turn over your shoulder and look back while backing up" thing very challenging: headrests on cars are too tall, and I can't see over them, as I'm quite short. Further, I have progressive lenses--which means my peripheral vision is all wonky...so I swallowed my pride, and asked the guy who was giving me my receipt if I could have one of them back my car out for me--and he didn't blink and eye or act as if my request was at all unusual--he just said, "Sure!"--and did it himself. :) All in all, one of the quickest and easiest auto repairs I've ever experienced--I can't recommend these folks highly enough! From the first phone call to backing my car up for me, everyone was cheerful, upbeat, efficient, streamlined, and focused on solving my problems as quickly and painlessly as possible. I stopped into Discount Tire Center on 65 in Bellevue because one of my tires was slowly dying. I had planned to get two new tires. Admittedly, this place looks a little scary...to me anyhow, but as a girl by herself all garages are pretty intimidating. I didn't know how these things worked...did I need to call ahead for an appt? I needed new tires ASAP, so an appt wasn't an option. Luckily, the guys at Discount Tire Center took great care of me. I pulled in, hesitantly got out of my car and wandered into the garage. A man promptly greeted me and asked me what he could do. I asked for two new tires, he took a quick look at my car and told me, "No problem, pull it in". He discussed the options of tires in a way I could understand, giving his suggestions but ultimately leaving the decision up to me. He also let me know about a rebate on 4 tires, which I ended up getting (after a frantic call to my husband asking if I was stupid for being upsold). It ended up being a great deal and I never felt pressured to buy more. I sat in the waiting area (which could use a woman's touch to be sure) for about 10 minutes and they were done. SO FAST! The man explained everything with the rebate and I left a happy camper. I will absolutely be back to Discount Tire Center in the future. read more

My wife badly needed new tires so we went to all the local spots to compare prices, Mr Tire, Pep Boys, Sam's Club, Flynn's etc. While leaving Flynn's a woman flagged us down and asked if we needed tires and told us about Discount Tire. A few days later we decided to give them a try. We went with a new Continental Tire that had just hit the market that came highly recommended by the service guy. What's really cool is that they are like a Nascar Pit Crew. There are actually four guys working on your vehicle at the same time taking the old tires off and mounting, balancing and putting the new ones on. Less than fifteen minutes later they were done and our car was better than new! The car rides so much better and going over bumps and pot holes is so much more comfortable. Silly me didn't ask the brand of tires so when I got there, in the drive way, they asked me if had called first and what price they told me (that was strange). Four guys jumped on my cars like something out of a movie, within 20 minutes the 4 tires were replaced. They charged me what was quoted on the phone and nothing else. Instead of giving me the new tire and charging me the higher price, the found the two nails, fixed the leak in less than 10 min and only charged me $16! They were honest, and told me that my tread was good and I didn't need a new tire. I appreciated that and I've had no more issues with my tire. Beware!!! I decided to come here based on all the positive reviews. I called before coming in to confirm that they had my size tire in stock and asked if they would put 2 new tires on my subaru (AWD) and rotate the old ones. They were very nice over the phone and told me this would not be a problem. When I pulled up to the store however, they immediately refused to sell me two tires saying that they cannot do that on a Subaru and instead attempted to upsell me four new tires. Classic bait and switch. STAY AWAY!!! Edit: To their credit, Jason did reach out to me to apologize and attempt to explain the company policy (which shows me that they care). Also, as I did not have any work done here I cannot comment in any way on the quality of the work, and they did appear to have cheap prices. read more

Another awesome experience at Discount Tire Center to share with the Yelp community! One of my rear tires had a slow leak. Instead of just taking it into these guys, I kept filling the sucker up every couple days. In all honesty, I was being a bit cheap and just didn't want to spend the hundred bucks. Wouldn't ya know, as I was filling the tire yesterday I noticed that a shiny nail had punctured the tire. So, I finally gave in and went back to Discount Tire this morning. This was my second time here in the past couple months and the service was just as great as the last time. I was worried I might have to buy a new tire, but they were able to fix both nail punctures. Yep! There were two nails in the tire that were causing the slow leak. Here' s the best part. The total cost for the repair was only $15 flat. If you have any tire issues, just go here. I went to have two rear tires with slow leaks checked for nails. If there were no nails, I wanted the tires broken off the rims and then to have the rims sanded and new valve stems put in. This is common for alloy wheels to develop corrosion that causes air leaks. I was told the tires, with excellent tread, had tread "separation" and that this was a serious condition. And the tires up front were not too far from having the same condition. As I was wanting to have safe tires on my classic vehicle, I decided to bite the bullet and have all four swapped out. I kept the four tires for possible emergency use in the future. Well when I off loaded the old tires, of the two "bad" tires, only one had evidence of "tread separation". The other "bad" tire looked just fine. I can't help but feel that I was sold a bill of goods. Oh well, I have four new tires now. Not too sure that three couldn't have lasted a couple more years. read more

Painted on the garage is a "honk horn for service" note. Garage can work on 4 cars at a time so you're in and out quickly. Enter from the first enterance, closest to the city, or you'll have to back up and loop around the block like I did. Fast, friendly and efficient service. I created a Yelp account just to leave the guys at Discount Tire a 5 star review. Checking at other places... Good deals were sullied by out of stock tires and/or fees and/or limited appointment availability. I will never waste time with a search like that again. Got next-to-top-of-the-line tires for my car installed for about $150 less than I could find anywhere else and the other places had brand promotions going on; this includes scouring the internet. Not only that, the pit crew references below may seem unbelievable but they are accurate. I was there this morning, I was back at my home within 25 minutes of having pulled into their garage. I think at least 6 people were working on my car. Discount Tire is a no BS local business run by good people that want to save you money with quality products and services. read more
