They tried their best, knew the product, and sat with me and listened to me. They took phone calls and emails where it probably wasn't convenient for them, but wanted to make sure I was happy. I had a positive experience buying this car from this family. The only thing I wish we could've ironed out was the minor scratch at the sale, but that's okay -they're working on it and have agreed to work on this. I'm very pleased and recommend them to anyone. I also want to say this is the first dealership where the sales people confirmed to drive the product and not just sell the product. That to me gave me great confidence in buying with Rohrich as well as the Rohrich Advantage with how much our family drives. Thank you for everything.

Communication has…read morebeen extremely poor--I have had to chase updates, and even then, I am rarely given clear information about whether parts have arrived or when I can expect my vehicle to be ready. To make matters worse, the rental car I was using has now been recalled, leaving me completely without transportation. Neither the dealership nor Mazda has provided a timely solution or loaner, and I feel stranded despite being a loyal Mazda customer. A repair delay can sometimes be understandable, but what is unacceptable is the lack of transparency, accountability, and customer support throughout this process. I expected far better from Rohrich Mazda and Mazda as a brand.

They charged me $115 for an oil change. I used to pay $65 in LA where I just moved from. I tried to ask why it was so expensive and he blamed it on high oil prices. I called 3 nearby mechanics who quoted me $50-$80. My guess is they saw my California plates and decided to rip me off. They also said it would take an hour and a half and took 4.5 hours. I would absolutely not recommend this place.

Their prices were a little on the high side, but not totally unreasonable, and I think they might have thrown in new wiper blades as well (or maybe they just fixed my old ones; in any case they work way better now). He is nice, friendly, and helpful and quite the character! I always look forward to picking up my car and getting to chat. (We've also had great experiences with the guy with a ponytail, whose name escapes me.) We take our cars here regularly for oil changes and inspections and for anything else that might arise. The only thing we've asked for that they couldn't do was switch out winter/summer tires, because they don't have the right lift (or something, idk.) We have had many mechanics try to upcharge, overcharge, or cheat us because they assume we don't know a lot about cars. Lester's is not that way at all. They will not do work they don't think needs to be done and will go out of their way to save you work and money. When they actually do need to do work Lester will walk you through step-by-step what was wrong with the old part and why and how it was fixed. Once I took my car in to have the A/C looked at because it had been making a growling noise the summer before and it was just starting to get hot again. Lester said he and all of his guys drove it around a little bit and couldn't get it to make any noise so they weren't going to charge me anything. He then proceeded to say if I ever heard it again I should just drive by and yell for him to come out and look at it-even if I didn't have an appointment. They also knew of a neighbor with the same make and model as me who had a harmless noise with their A/C and while they were there they kept looking out the window to see if he came home so they could show me. I mean, that's above and beyond! I would highly recommend Lester's to anyone-and I have!
