They quickly diagnosed the source of the problem and had me back on my way a couple hours later. Jason and the team at Pine Hollow are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and, perhaps most importantly, trustworthy. Even if you're not located in McKees Rocks, this shop is worth driving to for any of your auto repair needs!

They go out of their way to serve their customers. One time, they even had someone give me a lift home and picked me back up because the repair was going to take a long time and they didn't want me to have to sit there. Now that's service! I have an older car so I am always worried when I take it in for the annual inspection. Michael and his team never rip you off by making up repairs or anything even on an older car which I totally appreciate. They have done both major (replaced my AC system) and minor (old change, tire rotation and inspections) work for me and I could not recommend them any more. My only gripe is their driveway which sometimes gets deep ruts in it that's hard on our other car which sits low to the ground. They do try to keep up with it to make it smoother but it's difficult since it's just gravel. Minor gripe for such a great place.

He will call and confirm before he does the work. His work comes with 2 year warranty. He will offer cheaper resolutions (without warranty). He will tell u what needs done now, what can wait. AND BEST OF ALL, BILL DOES NOT LIE!!! If he says itll be done at 3, itll be done at 3. If he says he'll do something for $300, he'll do it for $300. Hes definitely NOT one of those shops that tells u 3pm then has u waiting in the lobby for an hour. And hes also NOT the type to tell u $300 then call u back saying nvm its $500 now. I had two vehicle taken in for inspection and alignment,…read more Both of the vehicle passed inspection and had alignment when it shouldn't have had either done Because when I looked at the vehicles myself after having shop do it, I discovered one of the vehicle had torn control arm bushings (should not pass inspection and had alignment done because it will need to be redone) Other vehicle had cracked lower control arm bracket and missing rear leaf spring bracket welds (should not have passed inspection) also the rear leaf spring bushings were shot. After they did alignment on this other vehicle, the upper front control arm fasteners came loose causing clunking feeling and losing alignment, the shop refused to do repair without charge but did the alignment under warranty, when I inspected the fastener, it was obvious they overtorqued it because the washers were bent inward, causing it to later lose its torque and come loose. When I replaced the fastener and took it in for free alignment, I told them to not over torque it. Yet they did anyways as I can see the washer is bent inward, the lock washer was squeezed out of shape. Matt at the shop claims inspection was all good and alignment was in specs, but failed to notice worn bushings, cracked bracket. They will not issue refund without taking a look at it but their next appointment is 2 weeks away, so now I have vehicles that's unsafe to drive. Waste of time and money. This shop does not care about your vehicles or your safety, 3 incorrect alignment, 2 incorrect passed inspection, they just want your money. If you need a shop that does inspection with blindfold, and proceeds alignment without repairing damaged components affecting alignment. This is the shop for you.
