Leanna (I think that's her name) was doing whatever she could to make the customers experience the best. The man who sits next to her is absolutely hilarious and is so extremely knowledgeable about vehicles. The service was very prompt. My car even had some issues I didn't know about and one of the mechanics came to talk to me personally about it and showed me pictures to help me understand. I called ahead for an estimate and they were right on the money. This place will never take advantage of you. I have verbally recommended to so many people already! Also side note I am not originally from PA and back home my dad would always help me with car troubles. When I don't have that type of access available in Pittsburgh, it's so nice to find a place that will not take advantage of you because you're a clueless, young woman. I had no problem with that so I backed out and let them in front of me. Then 2 more bays opened up and 2 cars that I was ahead of pulled in. I got out of my car and to asked why I wasn't next and they said they where having troubles there was only one employee down stairs working on all 4 bays. Their reply had nothing to do with my question as to why they moved me and then didn't pull me in ahead for the people behind me. The guy blew me off and said "if you want you can bring it in tonight and drop it off or tomorrow morning and I can take a look at it for you." I said ok sounds good thank you. The owner didnt sound interested in my time frame, and it seemed like it didnt really matter if i brought my car in or not that day. I decided to take it there immediately after my appointment. Upon arrival there were no cars in the shop at all. It was an hour before closing, and the guy was just standing at the counter. I said "hey man do you work here?" He says he is the owner. I said ok I called yesterday. He says "well you can just get the f*** out for wasting my time" and im like "whoa buddy i dont know what the issue is. I dont see any other cars here." He says "i expected you to be down here and I didnt schedule any other work because I thought you would show up and now you wasted my time and my money" i told him "yeah I understand how that could be frustrating but i didnt think it was a firm appointment, you didnt really make it seem like it was set in stone" and he just proceeded to tell me that i should have just picked up the phone (he never even tried to call me if that were the case) and he basically just told me to get the f*** out and that he wouldn't work on my car. Funny enough this is the second time I tried to take my car here. The first time I tried doing business with him he treated me like an idiot on the phone and was very belittling, BUT he did a diagnostic on my car and helped me get to the bottom of an issue i was having. He never did any work on my car so I cant speak to his mechanic abilities but WOW is his customer service skills terrible! Dude has some anger problems and no wonder why his car lot is empty every single day when I drive by. You dont get customers by treating people like garbage.
