Terry, Randy, and Joe were wonderful. Since I had a new car and this was my first oil change I didn't even know what grade of oil the car took. Randy was sure to tell me right away and made sure all of my other fluids were good. He checked my tires and made sure I had the air pressure I desired, which was my deal maker! (as a side note, the tire recommendation was 35psi as a minimum which most places only do the minimum. I asked for 40 so that my ride was more firm and he obliged with a smile) I love their personalities and the fact that they are local guys serving the community. I was in and out quickly, and even got some tips about my brakes (because they were squealing). I am so mad at myself because it took me so long to go to Randy's but I'm glad I did!

Tracey and the tire service person Mike took initiative and went beyond their duty to help resolve my tire issue at a reasonable price and good quality, overall saving me time so I could make it to work that day. Worst. Shop. Ever. I paid almost $2,000.00 to have my gas tank replaced due to a vandalism. My…read moretruck is from California so there's no rust, but they charged me for the tank, straps, fuel pump, and they recommended they change the fuel pump sensor because it has almost 200,000 miles on it and since everything was already apart, I said, "Go ahead." They also replaced the side mirror, but when I got it back, the door was a mess. It's actually a simple procedure to replace the mirror, by taking the door panel off, but it was a mess when I got it back. I had to take it back and have them do it all over again. Meanwhile, my truck kept stalling while in operation and the oil cap was stuck on there... me and three grown men couldn't get it off after leaving their shop, including AutoZone. Also my locking gas cap isn't working the same. Cameron said that he was going to charge me AGAIN to look at the reason why my truck keeps stalling while in operation and I hit the roof. Then he said he would charge me if it wasn't his fault, leaving me vulnerable to another pathological lie, to look at it. So then when I took it to another shop, they replaced the oil cap for free, I only paid for the part, then, on the way home, my check engine light came on so I went back to AutoZone and the code says it's the fuel pump sensor. Cameron said that AutoZone doesn't know what they're talking about. So I contacted some other mechanics and they said that the fuel tank needs to be dropped again to get in there and replace it. So I have to start all over again, get it towed, drop the tank, which is now 3/4 full. I haven't had use of my vehicle since the beginning of the year. I've filled a small claim against them, but so far, Cameron hasn't stated that he's going to show up. Zach did. And Cameron also told me to never come back, and I'm blocked from all Protech websites. So he's completely disregarding the warranty and is really such a sheister, obviously. Really bad place. Never again will I allow those morons to touch my vehicle. I hope the court gets my money back for the parts, labor, and aggravation. According to Pennsylvania law, I'm supposed to get back treble damages and the Bible says seven-fold, so I hope so. I have a small farm and I need my truck. I can't even go to church without it. Really bad place.

They go out of their way to serve their customers. One time, they even had someone give me a lift home and picked me back up because the repair was going to take a long time and they didn't want me to have to sit there. Now that's service! I have an older car so I am always worried when I take it in for the annual inspection. Michael and his team never rip you off by making up repairs or anything even on an older car which I totally appreciate. They have done both major (replaced my AC system) and minor (old change, tire rotation and inspections) work for me and I could not recommend them any more. My only gripe is their driveway which sometimes gets deep ruts in it that's hard on our other car which sits low to the ground. They do try to keep up with it to make it smoother but it's difficult since it's just gravel. Minor gripe for such a great place.

I am a 20-something female who is always a bit nervous about getting duped when it comes to car repairs etc. My boyfriend has taken his car to Monro and recommended it to me because he has had good experiences there. I have taken my car there for little things over the past year but my recent experience made me walk away knowing that I wont be taking it anywhere but Monro. I took my car in for an inspection but ended up needing new brakes, oil change and new headlight as well. They were able to get all the work done in one afternoon and they even stayed a little after closing time to give me time to come get it. Everytime I go in and even most recently, they have discounts and coupons they honor on the spot. Even though they were closed, the guy took the time to go over everything on my invoice and explained what they did. He was so helpful and not trying to rush me out. My other headlight went out a day later and I called and he said to just bring my car in right after work that day. They fixed it on the spot without an appointment and tightened up the lugnuts on my tires from the work they did over the weekend. They were so nice and friendly. If anyone in the West View area is looking for a good place to take their car I will most definitely recommend for them to take their car here.

Stay far, far away from this pack of thieves! Also, and this is very important, they adjusted my seat and steering wheel while in possession of my car. That's like groping a man's wife....
