All services I've had at Protech Auto Group Bellevue have been excellent in every regard. My first was an appointment for an inspection to get my car titled and tagged in this state. I misunderstood the sequence of the steps, and appreciated Cameron taking the time to explain it for me, even though other customers were waiting. When I got the paperwork done and returned for the inspection, it was quick and very clear. For my second service, I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. I got a prompt email follow-up, plus a reminder email the day before. What I didn't know is that the online tool schedules for drop-off service only, which was not what I wanted. Zach explained this to me as he checked my car in. Despite not having an appointed time slot for my car's service and me stating that I was fine with waiting however long it took, the team worked it into their schedule. It was completed in a very reasonable time for a scheduled service. TLDR: I'm a very satisfied customer. The shop takes care of my car and me. And if you want to schedule a specific time for a service, don't use the online form: call the shop! read more

Worst. Shop. Ever. I paid almost $2,000.00 to have my gas tank replaced due to a vandalism. My truck is from California so there's no rust, but they charged me for the tank, straps, fuel pump, and they recommended they change the fuel pump sensor because it has almost 200,000 miles on it and since everything was already apart, I said, "Go ahead." They also replaced the side mirror, but when I got it back, the door was a mess. It's actually a simple procedure to replace the mirror, by taking the door panel off, but it was a mess when I got it back. I had to take it back and have them do it all over again. Meanwhile, my truck kept stalling while in operation and the oil cap was stuck on there... me and three grown men couldn't get it off after leaving their shop, including AutoZone. Also my locking gas cap isn't working the same. Cameron said that he was going to charge me AGAIN to look at the reason why my truck keeps stalling while in operation and I hit the roof. Then he said he would charge me if it wasn't his fault, leaving me vulnerable to another pathological lie, to look at it. So then when I took it to another shop, they replaced the oil cap for free, I only paid for the part, then, on the way home, my check engine light came on so I went back to AutoZone and the code says it's the fuel pump sensor. Cameron said that AutoZone doesn't know what they're talking about. So I contacted some other mechanics and they said that the fuel tank needs to be dropped again to get in there and replace it. So I have to start all over again, get it towed, drop the tank, which is now 3/4 full. I haven't had use of my vehicle since the beginning of the year. I've filled a small claim against them, but so far, Cameron hasn't stated that he's going to show up. Zach did. And Cameron also told me to never come back, and I'm blocked from all Protech websites. So he's completely disregarding the warranty and is really such a sheister, obviously. Really bad place. Never again will I allow those morons to touch my vehicle. I hope the court gets my money back for the parts, labor, and aggravation. According to Pennsylvania law, I'm supposed to get back treble damages and the Bible says seven-fold, so I hope so. I have a small farm and I need my truck. I can't even go to church without it. Really bad place. read more

Wow! What can I say this body shop is a diamond in the rough. Cameron the shop manager is highly responsive and has called me by phone almost immediately of me emailing the shop. We have had our car serviced at least 3 times. Prices are fair for the quality of service. Our 2013 Kia's software was acting up. Protech went out of their way to print out a full packet with the exact Kia service bulletin for us to take to the Kia dealer. When I have dropped my car off in the morning it's been ready to pick up by lunch. Protech always gives 5 star service Love these guys read more

I've gotten both of my vehicles inspected here. Both times i called in on a Saturday without an appointment and both times they managed to get me in and out very quickly. The manager Matthew seems very honest and seems like a hard worker. Both times I've stopped in he was between running the front desk and doing mechanical work. I plan on using this location for both of my vehicles maintenance from now on And would recommend anyone else I know to do so also. read more

I'm an Uber driver who has put a lot of miles driving around Pittsburgh, as we all know, the city itself is tough on any vehicle. I can't say enough good things about the crew at Protech Auto in Bellevue. I've been in 10+ times to have my Nissan Altima (its a damn good car) go thru the various maintenance and preventative care needed to keep my car on these tough streets, and have nothing but praise for the excellent work that Cameron and his crew of technicians. They run a smooth shop. They are extremely knowledgeable and very transparent. Highly trained in working with the customer, they will not oversell you while over-delivering on their promise. (thats a good thing). Reasonably priced, timely, kind, and consummate professionals. Highly recommend to any and all. Will continue to use this shop for any further work. read more

I'm only giving 3 stars for now. Stopped in for an oil change today and an evaluation for inspection. Quick friendly service, especially for not making an appointment. Got a quote on a few repairs needed to pass inspection but going to get a 2nd quote just to ensure I'm not getting ripped off. Seems like a legit business though. Very informative, walked me through the quote and what will need repaired soon to get a longer life out of my vehicle. If my quote is comparable elsewhere, I will return and have the work done there and probably give another star or 2. read more
