The vehicle was brought in and service was quick, staff was friendly, and the waiting room was nice. The final bill, however, was nearly double the competing quotes. Richey's bill included additional fees like the PA tire disposal fee and a fee for removing the old tires. Standard fees should be part of the original quote as a basic basis of doing business. The person at the front desk needs to provide accurate quotes and adjust when quotes are made in error.
