My review is for the Champ Tire location on Washington Blvd...I had such a great experience with them! I went in for 2 "new to me" tires for my Subaru in order to pass inspection. I found what I needed online ahead of time and when arrived they were indeed, in stock. Corey offered me a couple other options, just to make sure I knew my options but I felt no pressure to go with different tires. I left very satisfied and passed inspection. Unfortunately, one of my tires was slowly losing air. I would fill it and it would be fine for a week or so, so I kept putting it off. A month after my purchase I decided to go back and get it taken care of, fully expecting to pay for a new tire or repair, since I was 2 weeks beyond their 2 week guaranty. Corey once again was super helpful and put on a new tire for free after realizing their was a small hole. Great service!! Would highly recommend!! read more

This review is in regards to their mail order tire sales. I ordered 4 tires. Was provided 4 tracking numbers. While tracking, I noticed 1 of the 4 tires was sent to the wrong place. Contacted Championtires who said they were "looking into it." Confirmed. 1 tire went to the wrong address. Huh? What? Why? How? Eventually they sent me a tire. Ugh. In response. Actually did speak to FedEx. They said someone from Champtires did an address change. I even have the email thread with Champtires explaining all this. Take responsibility. Mistakes happen. read more

Delivered a defective (small hole in sidewall) tire. There was absolutely no way to contact customer service except by email. 2 emails were unanswered. I then contacted Citigroup, who's card was used to pay. The charge was not reversed simply because Champtires provided proof of delivery. I was cheated, and no longer do business with Champtires or Citigroup. read more

they are a middle rated place to buy tires. first set was great. Second set one tire had a puncture that they did not check before sending out. So I got a new set and was good. Bought this last set of slightly used tires and one had a patch. Ok they did a bad patch and it leaks. Some tire places won't touch it as they would own the problem. So stuck with a slightly leaking tire. wasn't bad when it was cold but the summer heat it's about 3 psi every 5 days. So have to fill it before I leave the house and taking a portable air compressor when I drive far to fill when I stop. Am done with them. Not buying anything else from this company. read more

My favorite place to get tires! Such efficient service, reasonable prices for any budget and convenient. Staff very helpful over phone and can order ahead if not in stock. Always be a customer; way more affordable than other businesses. read more

Tires came with a leaky patch on day one of installation. Interrupted my trip on Thanksgiving. Thei Ebay description included false advertising such as "tires have been repaired using an industry standard patch that will last the lifetime of the tire." Unfortunately, I installed their tires a few days after return windows closed on Ebay. Customer service ghosted me and refused to stand behind their product as soon as they realized I am few days outside of return window. Very disappointed, especially with falls advertisement in the tire description section. read more

Sometimes it can be hard to find my tire size at the tread and price i want, so I purchased a used tire that had good tread on their ebay listing . When it came time to install the tire, I found out it had a pinhole leak in the sidewall. Since the purchase was out of the 30 day return window, they said there was nothing they could do. Not only did it cost me over 60 dollars to get this mounted and mount a different tire, but im out another 90 I paid for the tire. Im leaving a negative review because selling a tire with a damaged sidewall can cause a blowout and is a huge risk to my family and others on the road. Do NOT buy used tires from this company, they are selling dangerous tires that could cause an accident and they arent testing their used inventory. Buyer Beware ! Theres a reason theres so many negative reviews. read more

adam was totally unprofessional and very rude to me when i called and asked for directions he told me to figure out where the store was myself!! stay away from champ tire so you do not have to put up with such poor customer service from adam!! plus they try to sell you tires that are six years old!! Shilo R. you thanked me for letting you know about the totally unprofessional experience that I had with Adam, but you did not say what you were going to do about it, so what are you going to do about it? read more

I ordered a single Bridgestone Alenza Ultra on Saturday. Got home and realized I need an Alenza sport. Tried to call no answer. Got thru Monday. Was told to email. Asked to stop shipment. Nope, too late! You only have 1 hour to cancel. Now I have a nice tire but it doesn't match my other 3 so I had to order a 2nd tire. The first one didn't even ship til the day after I tried to cancel the order. Only potential positive is now I have a full size spare, I guess... Edit, of course "Shiloh R" thinks a 60 minute cancellation window is realistic. What a joke. How about some customer service to earn a customer for life? read more

Bought a tire 11/25... date on the tire was 1519.... that is roughly 7 years old for$150 with 15/32 tread... really 14/32 tread.... I could have bought a new tire for 150.... I will avoid this company in the future. read more

5 Stars - Best Used Tires & Top-Notch Service! I've ordered from ChampTires several times now, and every single experience has been perfect. They truly have the best used tires at the lowest prices--you just can't beat the value. What really sets them apart, though, is their exceptional customer service. On my second order, I received a tire that ended up being defective. I reached out to them, and without any hassle or delay, they sent me a newer replacement free of charge--no questions asked. That kind of service is rare these days, and it's what keeps me coming back. If you're looking for quality used tires and a company that stands behind what they sell, ChampTires is the place to go. Highly recommend! By the way, the date code and the number of repairs (if any) for the tires are available--you just have to ask. I emailed them to request the information and received a quick response. After that, I simply let them know which tires I wanted shipped. read more

Purchased 2 take-off MIchelin tires. Tires arrived quickly. Both tires are in absolutely new condition! No complaints whatsoever.

If you are ordering online, call them first to make sure you are OK with the age of the tire, any repairs and how long they have had the tires in their climate controlled facility. All of this information is NOT available online. You have to ASK. I ordered 2 tires. One tire was almost 5 years old, the other was about 2 years old. I was not happy about getting a 2019 tire in 2024. Some sellers on eBay claim they are receiving champtires up to 10years old. ASK BEFORE YOU BUY. They are nice and will tell you. If you don't ask, it is your problem and you have to pay for return shipping if you are not happy. They got 1 star for selling tires that are both used and OLD. They got one extra star because they have a lot of info on their tires (but you have to ask before you buy). They claim this is all disclosed. Yes, but in very small print you agree to before you hit the purchase button. Good enough to keep the lawyers happy but not so helpful when trying to make informed purchases. read more

The pics say it all. Champ sends out dangerously repaired tires, then lies about their safety, then tries to steal $100s of dollars from your CC after your return is settled. Scam. Champ Tires sold me a tire with sidewall issues. Their customer care is extremely poor and abrasive. Tried to work with them on resolution and got nowhere. Very bad experience and I would recommend go elsewhere. The sidewall had a very large bubble which is a safety issue, and complete waste of money. Attached photos show what they do not catch with their supposed quality checks. Public service warning to others. Review is for zero stars. Hard lesson learned. read more

I needed new tires for my 2016 Honda Accord Touring car and found that all the highest-rated tires for it would cost well over $1,000 installed if bought new, even at "discount" places near me. Champtires.com had a set of 4 of the most perfect tires for me with 9mm tread remaining on all of them for under $90 per tire, including FedEx shipping! I had them shipped to the FedEx "store" nearest Fiero's Tires (see my 5-star review for them) and picked them up at my convenience 15 minutes before my installation appointment, and saved myself a bundle! So pleased with my transaction and appreciative of Champtires great prices and friendly service! read more

I purchased (4) 9/32 tread depth Michelin Defender tires for my CRV, 323.00 with a fall discount. (great price) Order processed quickly, shipped and received tires quickly. (3) tires were just as described but (1) tire had a tread deformity and a small pin hole on the inside which could easily be missed. (an understandable mistake) Customer service from the beginning of purchase until the end of sale was phenomenal! Answered all my questions quickly and professionally and when I contacted customer service, once I discovered the mishap it was taken care of with no issues or problems. Truly the best customer service I've experienced in years! I've bought tires from Champtires in the past and will continue to buy from them in the future. The only reason I brought up the mishap was to assure anyone interested in buying used tires from Champtire is that the prices are great, and if there happens to be a problem, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is fantastic. No need to worry, they stand behind their product. read more

I found out about Champs tires from a small mechanic that I have frequented for years. On the previous order I got tires that had been patched on the inside. Besides the tread wear that I was expecting, the tire pulled when I put it on. I called Champs and got blown off. I once again tried to save money and ordered two tires. They sat in my garage untill I had time to get them installed. One of the tires had multiple pinhole leaks in the sidewall. I had to submerge the tire to see them. I emailed Champs to get this resolved and quite frankly their customer service was terrible. Since the tires had like new treadwear I paid a pretty good price for them. Now I will go to another retailer and get a new tire for not much more, not to mention better warranty. I will never do business with them again. As a side note, I was talking to the owner of the company that told me about Champs they have had problems with them also. One star rating is too high. read more

ATTN: This review reflects my experience and opinions. I have to preface this because as you as you can see in the photo section ( screenshot ), Champ tires is vaguely threatening me with legal action. So.......add yet another one star review. Champ tires sold me a tire with a bad bead. Tire shop could not mount it. I didnt know of the defect until it was mounted. I purchased via ebay. I had the tire mounted 2 months after purchase because I was proactive in waiting until my current tread was low on my tire. I even furnished Champs a receipt showing the date of the Tire mount The other tire I purchased same day from a different vendor on eBay; that was also mounted that day , had no issues. After notifying C.H.A.M.P. tires, and supplying photos and receipt of fee paid to mount tires, they told me I was out of time period for returns. Is that their lil scam? People who wait to mount tires dont know of the defect until its too late. I wasted $148.00 - down the drain... After contacting them, they responded via e mail they would take of it, then the next email was " NOPE ", we in fact - wont . BEWARE. Just look at all the same 1 star reviews. Same story, different person , same reasons as mine. I trust guys who walk up to my car on the street with a bucket of water and windshield squeegee who offer to clean my windshield more than this place. At least I would get SOMETHING for my $$$$$$. Champ Tires ? yes, I agree, they are the Champions of swindling I imagine....... As per Champs response, the truth hurts and strikes a chord I see..... Truth = Abuse? Really ? read more

I got great tires for a better price. New ones cost me 1500 bux just for the tires. I got nearly full tread tires PUT on for 400 bux. You can't beat that. O got quality tires and free of leaks and issues. Saved 1100 dollars. That's big money. I could get tires 4 times installed. For what just tires cost. It's a no brainer. Just keep an eye on the tires for a couple days. They say you could get a bad tire but you got 2 weeks to figure it out. I didn't have any issue but if I did. Horrible customer service. They did an alignment on my car. My mechanic put four new tires on my car and had Champs do the alignment. They worked on it for four hours and couldn't get right. My car then breaks down after and has to be towed. My mechanic recommended having the dealership run a full diagnostic. The result were that the tire rod came apart causing the steering rack to break. Champs now claims that they never alignment my car and that my mechanic is lying. I have a copy of the alignment and have had three different people examine my car. All three says it's a result of the alignment not being done correctly. Thank you for the reply. However your mechanic claimed that my car was not touched and that there was an issues. I had a full diagnostic done at the Nissan dealer and and the only issue was that after the alignment a rod was bent causing the steering rack to break. The blatant lie that my car was not touched and was so damaged, is the worst part of this. read more

You know, I find it so interesting that you decided to go against your word of making up for your fraudulent sale of repaired tires. I also find it ironic that you claim you sold me new tires when in small print at the bottom of the details line on Amazon it says 9/32 tread (used) and all tires are subject to a single repair in the tread area. How do I put this delicately? You are an unethical LIAR. Your business should be shut down. And you're absolutely right, Amazon only allows the sale of NEW tires which makes you in clear VIOLATION of their sales policy. I still have the damaged tires you sold me and I will be sure to personally see to the fact that you NEVER sell on the Amazon marketplace again. Anyone reading this review will think twice about doing business with such an aggressively unethical business. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Took my car for a simple tire change and they ended up totaling the car. They messed up the alignment, refused to fix their screw up without more money, which ended up fucking up my power steering and blowing my tire. This shop literally ruined my life. I need my car to do my job and now I'm homeless because these "mechanics" couldn't fix a hot wheels car let alone a real one. I've kept pretty good care of my car and NEVER had an issue until they worked on it, and within two months of them working on my car it has become completely undrivable. The owners should be in jail. The warranty they give you is meaningless and they charge new tire prices for used tires to top it off. Scum of the earth. read more

Awesome place for tires. Very accommodating service, prices are great!! Highly recommended.

Amazing find! A few weeks ago, I got multiple punctures and sidewall damage in a tire on my new car with only 9000 miles on it, putting it completely beyond repair. Very frustratingly, a replacement for that particular tire in the size needed for the car is almost impossible to find new at any price. The other three tires are practically new and it would have been expensive and incredibly wasteful to just replace all four. I randomly caught a local TV ad for Champ Tires, and checked their online inventory. They had the exact tire in stock, barely used and with one professional puncture repair. Called them up on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour had the replacement tire mounted and balanced for easily $150 less than what a new one would have cost. The tire is in excellent condition, drives great, and matches perfectly with the original other three. I'm fortunate enough to be in a position where I mostly value my time over my money, and can afford to repair or replace things as they break. I previously would have never, ever considered used tires, assuming they were just a low quality stopgap for folks who just can't afford anything else. Champ Tires completely changed my mind. They were an absolute pleasure to do business with. Great folks who sell quality products and do professional installation at terrific prices! Awesome business, check them out! read more

i Had good luck with Champ tires in the past but the last time i purchased 4 tires it was not a good experience. The tires were very high rated run flat tires but within a month 1 tired developed a huge bubble on the side wall and one of my air pressure sensors on another tire was broken. I was getting an odd noise while driving about a week after the tires were mounted. when the tire was removed we found the sensor strap was broken and pieces of metal and the sensor were rolling around inside my tire. those internal sensors are about $150 so the air pressure light remained on my dash until i traded the car. Also they were not balanced properly while driving over 60 mph there was a lot of vibration. i dont know if any warranty is offered when you buy You will save money but your taking a risk. good for replacing one tire in a pinch but not recommended for a complete set. read more

For used tires I can't complain for whatever you're asking for just make sure they're telling you the right amount of tread that you have on the tire that you have purchase from them. Also look around and see if you can get a brand new tire for the same price that they're quoting you for a used tire, also make sure you are checking your options before you begin to buy a used tire. They said I could return it. But I have to pay the shipping which is 2/3 the price of the tire. These bastards get paid to dispose of these fucking tires then they patch and plug them and resell the mother fuckers. I bought mine off EBAY and they have a disclaimer saying that their tires might be DOT approved repairs on used tires. Never would of expected to buy a quality tire that had a plug and patch in it. What the fuck. Just bought a 75$ piece of shit. This business might as well be selling caskets. How can you sell a plugged sport tire. I don't see how this is acceptable.
