This place was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We were traveling in our RV when our inside dual tire blew. We called our "roadside service" that we pay heavily for on a "warranty" they were no help at all and appeared to be very under qualified. We called over 7 different tire stores and no one could/would help us. I called McCullough Tire and they not only had multiple options but could take the bad tire off and mount the new one (apparently not all tire places can?! The go to place for tires! Winter had just made it's first yearly appearance with some fresh snow and my wife was in need of tires ASAP. She called to make an appointment and was told to be there when they opened the next morning. We got there right when they opened and there were already people there! To our surprise there were about 4 or 5 people ahead of us once we got inside. My wife talked to one of the guys and discussed her tire options. She picked a tire, handed over her keys and we sat and waited. One thing I noticed is that they must do a ton of repeat business as they seemed to know a lot of the customers that came in by name. Someone even came in with a couple of dozen donuts for the guys. I even heard them ask a few customers how their parents / spouses were doing. Before I knew it my wife's car was done and we were paying and on our way to breakfast! If you live anywhere near Penn Hills I can highly recommend them as they do a great job and their prices are more than reasonable compared to the big tire chains! read more

Service above and beyond. I recently stopped for a nail in my tire. I walked in and was immediately addressed. I explained my low tire pressure light was on and that I noticed a nail in my tire. The young man behind the counter addressed the situation right away. I explained before he even went to look at my truck I had nothing smaller than a hundred dollar bill and it was only about 9:30-10:00 in the morning. I explained we were heading to the grocery store and I'd be happy to swing by on my way home to pay for plugging my tire. His reply was "don't worry about it". I have not received customer service like this in years. His attention was to get my tire fixed and me back on the road, not the price or collecting money to fix it. My wife and I went on our way to the grocery store and upon our way home I stopped at McCullough Tire to pay this young man. I very highly recommend this business as with just a simple plug of a tire this company will be my new tire store and you can bet I will tell my friends about the exceptional service I received. These people did not solicit my business, they earned it with the manner in which they were so attentive to my needs. I have had issues with a very slow leak in my tire for probably 6 months and had several different garages look at it with the same results, we found the leak and your good. only to have my TPMS light come back on and it is always that same tire. I have done business with these people before but they are out of the way for me so I'm not there all that often but decided to get the the people involved who deal with tires all day long and it paid off for me !!!!!
