I gave them $3000 deposit to get them to do something, anything. well after waiting 6 months we demanded a refund and had the truck towed elsewhere, of course the only refunded me $269 dollars, the mech where the truck was taken said there wasn't even $1200 work performed. debating on taking them to the magistrate. well now I have a reason to take a vacation to Haiti, so I can acquire a voodoo with the owners name printed all over it . worst business experience of my lifetime. It you feel like going along a path that could lead to homelessnes, loss of employment and all sorts of stress, and being ripped off, and you have only one vehicle this would be the place to take your car! i Certainly would have no problem recommending someone to this den of fools, if it was a mortal enemy or my ex-girlfriend. what they did is absolutely so ridiculous and weird over the course of the past 5-6 months with this truck of mine it's difficult to explain to anyone. I'd ask the one employee thats a former friend.,"do you want me to bring a deposit?" He says no the owner isn't worried about it. Cut to a month and a half later, after finally getting past the troglodyte who runs their office like a clown college, they tell me "durrrr, we were waiting on you to bring money down." (Picture someone with drool and a morose look on their face). And on and on it went till the final crescendo of stupidity in this entire summer orchestra of frustration, stress, by this maestro of buffoonery the fools of Ross Paint and Autobody. My next door neighbor just had the same problem with his E500 and when the tow company(not Garzonys) pulled the car on to the flat bed, contact with the ground ripped off the front clip including the front bumper cover. Donny assured us he could tow the car with no damage whatsoever. That's exactly what he did. Meticulous and very professionally done. Not a scratch. I actually have AAA, but opted to have Garzonys complete the tow at my cost because my prior experience with their towing service has been very satisfying and my son cherishes this car. Then, instead of doing the Preventative maintenance I asked for, I was told that after descaling the vehicle, they would not undercoat it. It turns out that their version of descaling is actually sandblasting. So their Scam is to punch a bunch of holes in the bottom of your vehicle with a sandblaster. Then you have to either pay $110 to get your car back, Or let them repair the damage that they did, which I never got an estimate for although I asked for one. I stopped him when He got to $5000 on the phone, and asked for a written estimate. Went and got my truck. He made no effort to show me the damage or the repairs needed. I waited seven days and never got an estimate for the repairs. I did immediately take the truck to my mechanic who put it up on the rack and said there was nowhere near $5000 worth of damage And the only reason that the truck would not pass inspection was that they had punched a bunch of holes in it with their sand blaster. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, And all relevant law enforcement and regulatory agencies. They even have a form letter ready to shoot to you as soon as they de-scale your car. I had a trip planned, so I asked if their estimated time really was enough and they assured me it was. They met their deadline! It was very appreciated, especially since they ended up having to do more work due to more extensive rust. I'm very happy and the truck passed inspection without issue.
