I took the car back in because it was making a weird noise still and apparently that is what it was. my car is still making noises but we are taking it somewhere else because we just don't want to deal with them anymore.

Too often general public doesn't understand a job they can't perform themselves so they skew it with ignorance. If you can drop your car for the time they need it and let them focus without stress calling every day, you will be impressed. Sweet and simple.

It took 5 days to get an appointment for the appraisal for the driver's side front fender and…read moremirror. It took another 6 days to get the appointment for the repairs. When we took it in, we asked how long they anticipated the repairs to take. They said they'd know more once they took the car apart, but probably a few days. Several days later, they gave us yesterday's date, or 2 weeks from the date the car was taken there. Last week, I got an automated call saying the car was being put back together, and it would be "some time next week". Friday, I got emails that an alignment and oil change were being done. I called around 9 yesterday morning and was told the car wasn't back yet, and that they would still have to check everything , but we would be getting the car back later in the day. We called around 3:30, and they said they still didn't have the car, but that we WOULD get it today, July 1st. We called around 11:30 today, and was told it would be ready by 2. Now, at 3, it still isn't ready, and they close at 5. There's been NO explanation OR apology as to the delay. IF there were any issues, a little communication is a great thing. We shouldn't have to keep calling past the time they promised they would call US, and getting the run around when we do.

I had a couple dents in my driver door and a few scratches on both pieces of my front left fender. My car (2016 Honda Civic) looks now the way it did when I drove it off the lot back in January! Very happy and impressed with the job they did. I do, however, knock them one star because they do not accept debit/credit card which made it inconvenient for me to pay once the repairs were done. Just make sure you either have cash or your check book with you. Apart from that, amazing place. God forbid I need to have more repairs done to my car but if I do, I'm taking it to Fazekas!
