A friend recommended Prime Collision, and I'm so glad I chose them. From the start, Tom and Susan were incredible. Tom explained exactly what needed to be done and kept me informed throughout the process. Susan took care of all the paperwork and made everything feel easy and stress-free. She even took the time to wait for me to arrive to pick up my vehicle after they had closed for the day. Not only did they do an amazing job -- my car looks brand new again -- but they actually finished the repair two days earlier than they originally quoted. That kind of efficiency and care is rare these days! I highly recommend Prime Collision to anyone needing auto body work. Thank you, Tom and Susan, for going above and beyond! Debbie Confer

When we took it in, we asked how long they anticipated the repairs to take. They said they'd know more once they took the car apart, but probably a few days. Several days later, they gave us yesterday's date, or 2 weeks from the date the car was taken there. Last week, I got an automated call saying the car was being put back together, and it would be "some time next week". Friday, I got emails that an alignment and oil change were being done. I called around 9 yesterday morning and was told the car wasn't back yet, and that they would still have to check everything , but we would be getting the car back later in the day. We called around 3:30, and they said they still didn't have the car, but that we WOULD get it today, July 1st. We called around 11:30 today, and was told it would be ready by 2. Now, at 3, it still isn't ready, and they close at 5. There's been NO explanation OR apology as to the delay. IF there were any issues, a little communication is a great thing. We shouldn't have to keep calling past the time they promised they would call US, and getting the run around when we do.

Asked to replace a bumper stripS on my 2018 SHELBY GT 350 BU,PER STRIPES ONLY. Washington Ford recommended Kilkeary's so I called them. We agreed on a price to remove and reinstall bumper stripes only ($250). After 3 hours,he couldn't get the bumper off or the glue. He had no Rapid Remover liquid gel to remove the glue but did have a heat gun. He asked me to remove it, which I did and I removed the glue with my own Rapid Remover liquid! He came back and installed the stripes in 1 hour but refused to reduce his price because he still gave me 3 hours OF USELESS REMOVAL! He ONLY DID 1 USEFUL HOUR AND DID MY OWN REMOVAL!
