Stopped in to have my interior detailed after someone spilled hot coffee. Super friendly and accommodating. They did a fantastic job and threw in an exterior hand wash for free. I feel like I have a new car! Our 2017 Ford Focus (don't laugh... OK, you can laugh a little) wasn't exactly a mess, but it clearly wanted a little more attention and professional love than I am equipped to provide it, so when I looked for reviews for detailers in my area, I was pleasantly surprised to find 412 Auto Detail only a few miles away from my house. I did refer to Yelp to get a better idea of the service they provide, and I'm elated to confirm that the parade of five star reviews are absolutely correct. As I later told my wife, a completely clean car feels at least 20% faster and more agile. You might just chalk that up to my Y chromosome, and I get it, but the fact is that the car feels exactly like it did the day I bought it. Brett and the team deservedly took pride in the great and comfortable environment they provide for both customers and their cars. The interior was spotless and devoid of any evidence that we took my in-laws' shed-happy Golden Retriever for a ride last week. The exterior was spotless and devoid of any evidence of the immense amount of brake dust that had built up on the wheels. All that for a completely reasonable price. Maybe it was because my car was only nominally dirty and not a complete mess, but they beat their time estimate considerably. All in all, there is no conceivable way that I could be any happier with 412 Auto Detail, and I enthusiastically endorse them. read more

Brett was responsive to my urgent request to have my car's interior cleaned (pet hair palooza) prior to a work trip with colleagues. Squeezed me in, got the job done in the estimated time, returned to me clean car, and even offered to keep an eye out for an item I believed I had lost in the car. Good value! read more

For some reason my last review went into not recommended as I forgot to click how many stars. I just moved to Pittsburgh last week and needed a good place to have my car washed and detailed without requiring a full on detail that would be costly. My vehicle is very well maintained so it just needs regular upkeep but I always opt for quality as I have a new black SUV. 412 Auto Detail is great! I called and spoke to Brett, the owner, scheduled an appt. Upon arrival they got me in and took care of me right away. They have a nice lounge with comfortable couches while you wait. Careful they are sleep inducing lol. I will definitely be back to 412 Auto Detail in the future. read more

I had my windows tinted by 412 Auto Detail and they did a great job. The price was very reasonable. Everybody was friendly and attentive, and the waiting room was so comfortable that the 90 minutes it took flew by. In addition to the main waiting room, which had several comfy leather sofas and a tv, there were two private rooms with desks and wifi that you could work in or use to make calls in privacy. Even the restroom was very attractive and clean. They clearly put a lot of thought into how they could keep waiting customers comfortable. I highly recommend! read more

It lists their hours 9-6 but no one is there until at least 10:30. They are very unprofessional as when I went to pick up my car the last time, I met the 4th or 5th owner and he had me parked outside in the dark, in a tree. I couldn't even see what they did as it was dark & the drivers side had a tree on it, I could hardly get in my car! They told me I could bring it back for free anytime something happened to it in the future but I never want to deal with them again. Total nightmare!

Why did you install them if you suspect my window to be faulty? I'm not the expert but obviously either are they if they installed anyway instead of notifying me. 2. Again, if it was cut I bought this car two months ago and that would have been handled else where. All I was asking was for them to fix my bottom window seal that now needs fixed because of the way they installed it. The only answer I got was the owner stating only if I bought the weather tech there would they "replace" them, but the weather tech are fine the INSTALLATION broke the window seal.

Bill and Mark are the standout employees to help your car look its best. In three minutes, your car will be dapper. If you purchase the unlimited pass, the car wash pays for itself if used more than twice a month. This is the true value and worth every cent. When entering, the license plate reader scans you and the gate opens. There is literally no fuss nor wait. I don't use the free vacuums that much, but they did come in handy yesterday!!! pro tip: When you buy an unlimited pass, you may use all of the Mr. Magic car washes in the area and there must be more than a dozen of these things. ( more than occasionally) As outlined in our terms and conditions: "Although this is an unlimited use car wash program, the car wash equipment is mechanical and may occasionally be unavailable due to repairs or maintenance or due to weather conditions or other events beyond our control. It would be in your control if you spend some money)We do not guarantee any of our car washes will be available to you at the time you seek to use it. ( I know that for sure , and you don't care rude people)Your unlimited package is accepted at each of our car wash locations. We are closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day and operate on reduced hours on other holidays. ( nothing else to say , commercial not needed) Credit is not issued for holidays, maintenance, repairs or other closures."
