My car looks amazing. Dante was professional and meticulous. I had a problem with dog urine in the back of my vehicle and Dante responded immediately to my request for help on Yelp. He took time to explain how he would address the problem and was flexible when working with my schedule. The result was amazingly clean. The last time it was that clean, I was driving it off the dealer lot. For days I would discover new areas that Dante cleaned that previous cleanings had missed. Again, meticulous. I was recently referred to Dante at Elusive Auto by my friend and I CANNOT STRESS HOW HAPPY I AM to have made an appointment with him for an interior detailing of my SUV... which, I might add, was about 6 years, 2 golden retrievers and 2 small children late. Yikes. From the onset, Dante was extremely thorough and detailed with explaining exactly what he would be doing to my car, the types of products that he would be using, how long the service would likely take and how much the service would cost. The main reason for my appointment was to address the excessive and heavy staining on my seats and to clean out whatever other "surprises" my children managed to get under the seats in places that I can't easily access. Dante asked a bunch of questions regarding the types of stains that were on the seats and how long they had been there so that he was able to properly gauge how to treat the affected areas. And guess what - IT WORKED! And when I say it worked, I mean that I was actually surprised at how good the interior of my car looked when I went to pick it up. Not only were 95% of the stains on my beige seats gone, there were also probably about 3,000 long blonde dog hairs that were completely removed without a trace from the velcro-type material that lines by my trunk!! My 7 year old car basically looks brand new again inside. I truly didn't think that was possible given what it has been put through. To say that Dante does an amazing job would be an understatement. He is so nice but more importantly detail oriented - he was actually polishing and wiping my dashboard and passenger side windows as I was entering my car to leave! I can't recommend Dante and Elusive Auto Shine enough. My expectations were exceeded and the price for the job was more than fair. I'll definitely be a returning customer. If you are looking for a true detailing of your vehicle, then this is the place to go. Not only was Dante professional and easy to work with, but he delivered phenomenal results. Originally I thought the price was high, but I had a very short time frame to take care of this. After seeing the finished project, I am not sure that Dante is charging enough for his services. This guy is terrific. I have a new car I want to take to the track so I wanted PPF in the front and I thought I would get a Ceramic coat on the rest of the car. When I brought the car in he immediately showed me where the factory had buffed out a blemish. I couldn't see it until he showed me. He went over the car to correct any other buffing, scratches, whatever. The PPF application was exceptional. He was doing this for a car meant to be tracked and said the edges wouldn't be as good as something destined for show, but I couldn't see a seam anywhere. He also put a PPF designed ceramic coat on the PPF because while PPF protects the paint it is soft and stuff sticks to or in it. The coating reduces that. Also, because of the track he applied a solution under the PPF so it could be removed if we ever needed to do it. While working he found a warranty item I hadn't noticed. He also made a video of the whole process that he showed me when I picked up the car. Just, fantastic!! read more
